新裝修，設施總體來説比較滿意，有一些不足之處提一下：
1、中央空調沒開，衹有吹風。一直不太理解，為什麼不能裝壁掛式空調呢？平時開空調的日子比較少，但是30度的天氣還是需要開一會兒的。壁掛式空調開啟不用那麼多成本，又滿足需要，入住率不高的時候真的很方便啊！
2、落地窗很好看，但是窗簾盒能不能做得長一點？早上很早陽光就照進來了，真的很影響睡眠質量！
3、很多開關都是擺設，燈光控制很不方便，而且點位比較分散。
