Very helpful and polite staff. I like the decor and cleanliness of the hotel. The location is quiet and good for a short break for stopover.

Missing the fun of sitting around in the evening. Breakfast was substandard on the 1st morning, too many and not enough staff, probably too many guests, this was fine the 2nd morning.

The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make it as pleasant as possible for its guests. Nice view from 4th floor. 1 downside is no window that can be opened further and none.

We stayed here one night, and it is a medium size hotel with a very friendly family-feel atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and speak very good English. The room was very good, with a good bed, but they were 2 bed put together, but good mattresses for a good night sleep. A TV and desk in the room with also coffee and tea making facilities. Shower gel and shampoo was provided in the bathroom, in large bottles on the wall, which is environmentally friendly and useful. Breakfast was lovely in the breakfast room, with a large choice of mainly continental breakfast items, but staff was also making freshly cooked omelettes if you wanted. They have a terrace which is open by good weather, so you can sit outside if you want, which adds to the holiday feeling. The hotel is across the road from station Driemanspolder, so central to the centre of Zoetermeer itself.

Looks a bit outdated on the outside but has a modern updated feel on the inside of the building. Rooms are relatively small but are well equipped. The beds are OK. The bathroom is on the small side but ok for short stay. The staff, especially the bartender, is friendly. Breakfast buffet quality is good with enough selection of most people. Considering the fair pricing, this hotel offered good value for money.

I will check out tomorrow... I'm actually eating dinner in the restaurant now, but I really wanted to write about my experience. This is our second time staying here for a mommy/daughter getaway and it's again a lovely experience. The staff is top quality, honestly. We don't have any complaints about the room or amenities...all clean and comfortable, and the public transport is literally right there. But for me the quality of the staff is reason enough to book our next stay. Thanks you guys!

I stayed for two nights while travelling to watch some rock concerts in Holland and Belgium, and have to say it was one of the best stays I've had in a long time. Perfect location for travel by train/tram, well-appointed and a breakfast buffet to die for - omlettes prepared to order by the restaurant chef being a particular highlight.

Twin bed too small, couldn't find queen or king when booking so didn'tsleep well. Breakfast best I've seen anywhere & a bargain for $9 USD. Henry @check in friendly, helpful.
