老牌賓館，衞生和服務問題都不大，環境和地理位置更是沒得説。但是硬件，説實話有能力還是該換。吹風讓人非常火大！老款式沉重風又小，插座處接觸還不好，非常火大！並不是太貴重的設備，該換就換吧！

離遵義會議會址幾百米，附近美食多，吃玩很方便。酒店有老式酒店的大氣，完整設施，是普通民宿小酒店不可比擬的。酒店背山面水，環境不錯，空氣不錯。性價比很高。贈禮簡單，但手寫卡片很有心了。

地理位置絕佳，價格合理，雖舊衞生可以。但是服務質量不高，餐廳的杯子很奇怪，喝牛奶豆漿的像家常館小茶杯，咖啡難以下嚥。清潔工阿姨冷漠，看見客人進電梯衹顧掃地，板著臉不理人，通往健身房的樓道是黑的！要自己開燈照！
