位置便利，旁邊的商超綜合體非常便利。酒店裝修風格簡約大方，房間內乾淨整潔。入住期間，酒店員工熱情周到，有求必應，此外，酒店早餐以及茶餐廳都十分豐盛可口，在價格方面，我認為這家酒店中規中矩

五一出遊訂的，有一個房間一晚上沒電，打電話到前台，派了個樓層的阿姨過來以為是房卡沒插的原因，然後就沒人管了，一直沒電也沒有跟換房間，第二天早上起來洗漱還是沒電，又打電話才安排了人過來弄了將近半個小時，後來問前台這種情況怎麼處理，説了一聲不好意思就沒解決方案了，這麼大一個酒店服務態度都沒有一個我又打電話問他們，然後説稍後他們經理聯繫我，之後是有經理聯繫我了，處理的方案是因為有一個房間的地毯上弄臟了，考慮到是一起預訂的，就説沒有收我清潔費，用這個事推卸責任，最起碼當天房間沒電你可以提供一個有電的房間，萬一客人因為沒電起來上廁所摔倒了後果就嚴重了，一碼歸一碼，如果確實達到了需要清潔費我也會給，衹是你們這種服務態度很不好
