Staff were very nice. But the rooms smelled with body odors.
The pillows and bed itself smelled bad.
Shower ceiling had fugues and mold.
Elevator can only fit 3 adults.

generally this is not my standard for 4 star hotel
location is somewhat remote
not many restaurant and anything around
the hotel is relatively but its kind of 3.5 star standard in my mind
they took my room card during tidy up my room but never tell
thats somewhat weird

Hotel is nice. Air conditioning isn't as cool as we are use to in US. Grab bars would be nice in shower as tubs are very deep and tub floor is slippery. Drinks at bar are excellent. For a night ior two it is okay

It was my first time in Switzerland. The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to go anywhere, and there are many supermarkets nearby. I liked the homemade scones for breakfast. I also went to see Einstein's locker.

I booked a superior king room on the executive floor. The room is relatively large and the bathroom is equipped with ritual brand toiletries.
