The location and cleanliness of the room were excellent. However, there doesn't seem to be a permanent staff member at the hotel, so you need a passcode to enter. This means you must complete the web check-in by the day before your arrival to receive the passcode and room number via email from the hotel. It's absolutely essential not to forget to do the self-check-in beforehand.

Very clean and fully equipped (we really appreciated the coffee machine). Check-in was very straightforward. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher pods, which was a bit incovenient. There was also a microwave, but the plates and mugs provided were not microwave-safe (the metallic decoration gives off sparks), which is another inconvenience. On our last day I was rushing in the hallway and slipped because the floor was freshly mopped. I sprained my ankle. Maybe this could have been prevented if there had been a sign to draw attention to the wet floor. Despite these, I would recommend!

Location, WiFi service, kitchen facilities were very good. They were very suitable for price. I could prefer a hotel again. A little more attention to cleaning. Thanks

Smooth self-check-in with auto check-out process. Glad to receive a room that is well maintained and provided with a fan as the room is a non-airconditioned room. Very convenient location as there is a food outlet just next to the hotel. Also, just walking distance to Zurich HB train station.

Espectável para o preço. A casa de banho / banheira ser com vidro transparente é um bocado mau na nossa opinião pois tira a privacidade, mesmo para um casal. O check-in é feito online e recebem um código que abre tanto a porta da entrada como do apartamento. A maior parte dos reviews fala super mal, mas nós não tivemos nenhum problema. As fotos são claramente enganadoras e mostram os quartos quando eles eram novos. Neste momento estão com a tijoleira manchada, materiais mais gastos, etc. A limpeza nao é excelente (sitios dificeis de limpar, não sao limpos), mas no geral está limpo. Ficamos num quarto no R/C ao nivel da rua e nao ouvimos nenhuma barulho dos carros, nem tivemos problemas de privacidade (tem DUAS percianas, uma interior e uma exterior).

I was surprised by the low rating this accommodation has; it doesn't deserve such a low score. The cleanliness was excellent, as was the self-check-in with a code. The location was quiet, and the amenities were good, including a hairdryer, two TVs, heating, a microwave, and plenty of hot water. However, there are several things that could be improved, especially regarding sleep. First, the windows don't block out noise. Second, they should consider soundproofing the ceilings (this was my least favorite issue since I was on the ground floor). Finally, the pillows need replacing and should be of better quality. Lastly, the floor is made of some material that swelled when it came into contact with the shower water, and the bathroom door doesn't close completely. Overall, I think it's quite good value for money.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Its around 15mins walk to the main station. TV remote spoiled, the batteries inside leaking, kettle spoiled, the drawers near the TV also spoiled, the drawers kept falling out.. room: 02 they only changed the kettle but tv remote still leaking and spoiled. In the middle of the night, people playing fireworks on the streets for hours, very noisy. Overall still a comfortable stay.

Excellent location, facility is completed, nice place for business trip. However, the check in time is after15:00 , which is not so convenient for travler

We used the hostel well. It is recommended to take a trap from Zurich Central Station. When you get off the trap, the accommodation is close to the stop so you can go without difficulty. When you check in, you have to enter your personal information to receive the entrance number on the same day. If you follow the accommodation guide, there is no difficulty in getting unmanned check-in. The accommodation facilities are clean and there is no shortage. I used the top floor, but it was very hot due to the European heat wave in May, so I asked for help by email. The next day, I was satisfied with the service that found quick responses and methods such as air conditioning checks and electric fans. But the strange high temperature was unavoidable. Other facilities and surroundings were satisfactory and I think it was a good place to travel to Zurich.
