Dorint Parkhotel Bad Zurzach

The superior room with a balcony facing the courtyard/park was beautiful and had been renovated in a modern style. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is a bit older, with a rehab charm and the clientele to match ;-). Breakfast and half-board dinner were fine. The best thing is the direct, unrestricted underground access to the huge Zurzach thermal baths with many thermal pools and saunas.

When we arrived at the Parkhotel, we were immediately greeted by the manager himself. The room was ready before midday. It was spacious and well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. I thought it was great that entry to the Bad Zurzach thermal baths was included in the room price on the day of arrival and departure, and that you can reach the thermal baths in your bathrobe via an underground passage. The thermal baths themselves have a relaxation lounge especially for hotel guests. There were always delicious apples available at reception and bicycles could be borrowed free of charge. The breakfast buffet was of very high quality. The half-board menu in the evening was amazing. If you didn't like something, you could order an alternative menu. So nothing was left to be desired. I would like to give a big compliment to the staff. Such pleasant and exceptionally friendly people. You could always get into conversation with someone. You can see that the staff get on well with each other and you notice that as a guest. Keep it up!

Good location right next to the thermal baths, underground tunnel from the hotel to the thermal baths, hotel's own brine thermal baths, modern rooms, excellent food, very friendly staff. For hotel guests, the thermal baths including saunas and hotel brine baths are included in the price. Price/performance ratio is right. Again and again.

Beautiful Hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, very good bathroom, well located hotel, 5 minutes from the Baths, Restaurant not up to the standard of a 4 star, high prices, very classic dish decorations, Very good breakfast, pretty buffets with lots of choice, underground parking at 9 francs per day (reasonable price), smiling and polite staff.

The rooms and their facilities, the thermal bath, the breakfast and the food were top notch😍! Unfortunately, the entrance area is reminiscent of a hospital or a retirement home. It's a shame that the Advent season was not used to cover up this shortcoming with lavish decorations. The fitness room is barely equipped, has no natural light and is not inviting.

We had a great stay with two small children. The room was modern, high quality and very clean. Great beds, real quality. The included access to the thermal baths is via a long path through the clinic, but it is not a problem. The lobby area and the bar are certainly not modern, rather sterile and 80s, but the restaurant surprised us with its coziness and elegance. We also enjoyed the garden terrace and above all the excellent service. You rarely get such friendly, professional and efficient service these days. The half-board menu was of a very, very good standard. The breakfast was also of very high quality. All in all a very good stay, we will be back.

Quiet hotel with access to the baths. Good breakfast with large buffet. However, high price compared to the services and hotel. Close to the center and amenities. Friendly and competent staff.
