Arrived at the hotel for lunch! The service of the person in charge the day before yesterday was not good! We had to pay extra! Anyway, Ctrip contacted and solved it, but the attitude of the person in charge the day before yesterday was not good!

The hotel is not in the city, the hotel is quite big, breakfast and dinner are good. It is very close to the beach, you can walk around the town next to it, the sunset is very beautiful, and the price-performance ratio is good.

This hotel was amazing, it was in one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen, you are surrounded by mountains, the Dolmatian coast and are a stones throw away from the Harbour town of Cavtat. The Hotel was kept so clean, and there were so many activities to do everyday. The staff were amazing especially Alexandra who encouraged me to join in all the activities and ensured I had such a fun holiday 😁

Just had 2 weeks in this hotel in beautiful Cavtat, rooms were cleaned every day, plenty of actives to do each day, the food was amazing, plenty of variety, cakes were delicious. It's about 20 mins walk to the main harbour where there's plenty of lovely restaurants and shops, people are so friendly here, we've stayed in the Albatros 7 times now and the lovely restaurant staff gave us a bottle of champagne 🍾 , we'll definitely be going back, there's nowhere else I'd rather be.

Food awful luke warm, same dishes every night just moved around on counters. Would,nt rate the food as 4 stars more like 2. Entertainment poor ok if your in your 90s. Otherwise pool area nice location is good and staff are friendly. Very clean.

I read some poor reviews about this hotel but kept getting drawn to it by the view. No need to worry. The hotel was clean and a good size room. The hotel-is a great place to stay and get around, only 10 mins to Cavtat old town where you can find restaurants and bars. We were on a half board stay and found the food to be good and plentiful. All the staff was vey helpful whenever needed and polite. Pool area was clean and plenty of loungers for bathers. The only downfall was we had an early flight and was there at 12 noon and our room was not ready so was asked to come back later but could use the facilities, on return to reception at 2pm our room was still not ready but people who were just arriving was going to their room. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

Hotel was better than I expected and bedroom was a very good size. Food not bad but a bit same every day. Reception staff were constantly helpful especially Antun who always went the extra mile to sort out any problems. I think the department that let the hotel down was the bedroom staff. They only seem to do the very basic cleaning but they should realize that other 4 star hotels do a great deal more. It definately needs some attention. On the whole a great holiday. Lisa Morrow

We stayed for 2,5 weeks at Remisens Albatros and it was absolutely superb. We were very satisfied with the food and hygiene of the hotel. We chose for all inclusive and we fully enjoyed the facilites that came with it. Don t expect A brand drinks from the dispensers, but that is all. The variety for the food was impressive and the quality was very good! The service from the employees exceeded our expectations. We were sick and they helped us with calling a doctor when needed, when needing some flexibility for a room change due to personal reasons they kindly helped us. Everyone was nice and helpfull and we want to thank Antun is special who gave us extra attention when we needed, which made this stay feel like home for us. We are allready looking to book Albatros for next year thanks to the amazing experience we had here.
