Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg, mooie en ruime kamer met kookgelegenheid. Dat laatste was niet herkenbaar bij het reserveren.
Ontbijt was ruim voldoende alleen iets meer aandacht voor de tht datum van bijvoorbeeld de boter en de plakjes uitgedroogde kaas.
Verder waren we helemaal tevreden en als we nog een keer terugkomen in Zwolle gaan we zeker weer naar dit hotel

We had to check out a day early as there was so much noise from the neighboring bar that we couldn't sleep. There was a party until 5 in the morning. When we checked out, we were told that the hotel otherwise had an agreement with them that they should stop at 01. But they don't.
The hotel would not give compensation for us checking out a night before, not even twice breakfast would they give. VERY bad service.

Nieuw appartement, voorzien van ruime kamer met kitchenette. Ruime badkamer. Midden in het bruisende centrum. ontbijt werd keurig aan tafel geserveerd, met koffie of thee naar keuze. Hele Dikke aanrader! Naar theater de spiegel was 10 minuten wandelen
