I booked the property because it had a restaurant, when I arrived at 14:00 I asked when it was open, I was told after 17:00.So I waited until 18:00 to come down for a meal only to be told it was reservations only( which I was not told)I waited in the bar joining the restaurant until the first customers started arriving.Two and a half hours, I could of been fed ten times over, I was told just eat deliver there woooohooo, went to bed hungry, woke up for a shower,well a drip more than shower, was sooo angry with stay

The hotel is very centrally located at walking distance from city center and all to see in Zwolle. The rooms are small and in need of a makeover. Lot of noise from trucks at the backside. Bathroom and room were not up to standard. Breakfast was okay. Breakfast was reasonable
