Fijn en net hotel. Veel ruimte om ook even lekker te zitten, zowel binnen als buiten. Wij hadden een prachtig (zonnig) weekend, en konden lekker op het terras zitten, zowel schaduwplekken als zonplekken. Service prima, ontbijt ook netjes, en ook de laatste avond diner gedaan; was erg goed. Prijs is wel bovengemiddeld, maar het is dan ook allemaal net even chiquer en daarmee goed.

Voor bezoek gezocht naar een prettig verblijf. Dat is gelukt. Mooie locatie en gebouw. Zelfs gemakkelijk met de trein te bezoeken.

I would definitely recommend when visiting Zwolle to stay at Pillows hotel. The stay was excellent, with the perfect combination of attention from the staff and having some alone time. Everywhere I went I was greeted with a smile and a warm hello. After enjoying the good breakfast, I especially liked the etagere with fresh bread and Marmelade, I spend my day in the nice town- I would say only a 5 minute walk and then you are there. A perfect stay, with spacious bedrooms I would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Voor een verrassingsweekend had mijn vriend een overnachting in dit prachtige hotel geboekt. De zeer vriendelijke ontvangst was in een mooie lichte ruimte en het viel me meteen op dat in het hotel een hele fijne en rustige sfeer hangt. Ditzelfde geldt voor de (hele ruime) kamer; doordat we aan de achterkant van het gebouw zaten èn aan het einde van de gang hadden we geen last van geluiden van buiten of andere kamers. Heerlijk bed en hele fijne badkamer met ruime douche. Afstand tot het centrum was nog geen 10 minuten lopen. We hadden een geweldig verblijf bij Pillows en vinden het absoluut een aanrader voor een weekendje Zwolle!

I was warmly welcomed late in the evening. The check-in was very pleasant and charming. The room was very spacious, a little dark, but not disturbing. The encounter with the supposed governess in the morning also left a professional impression. The bike hire service is a must to discover more of the surrounding area. The highlight was the restaurant visit in the evening. A wonderful 4-course surprise menu from the kitchen at a high level. The service was also incredibly harmonious and i was well looked after. The homemade butter and the homemade bread were simply heavenly. In general, I can say that this hotel is a little hidden gem in the heart of the Netherlands. Wonderful small boutique hotel. Friendly staff, great service and food and I loved all the small details in the room making the visit very special, like a variety of skin products, bath salt, exclusive selection of tea and coffee and a minibar filled with wine and soft drinks. Amazing breakfast and food in the restaurant.
