The hotel hardware equipment is good, but the service is lacking and not satisfied. Because I was in a hurry and forgot to take the charger, I would always ask the front desk to take the charger. The first time I stayed at this local five-star hotel, the stay was very good. The hotel is rich in green outdoors and the environment is elegant. I really want to praise the service at the front desk of Qianli Hotel. First, let me say that the hotel is located in the city center and is close to everything. Wanda is only a few minutes' walk away. Because I went to Langfang to do some errands, I arrived at the hotel before two o'clock. The sanitary conditions are good, the hotel lobby is decorated in a magnificent manner, the room is more general, the facilities are old, the central air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature, there is hot air, the house is hot, this experience is very poor, breakfast is very general at most Samsung standards, milk and soy milk are also washed out, Fruit - watermelon and bananas, and three cans.

No English whatsoever, yet, ”they” want to ”run” an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

I stay here every time I come to Langfang for business, and I am considered a regular customer. I have been assigned the same room twice in a row recently. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or care for Ctrip customers. There is no one in this room, compared to others. Not to mention the small size of the room, it is also in the corner opposite the elevator, so lively! The worst two experiences I have ever had at this hotel

The front desk is very friendly, the breakfast is very rich, and the bathroom in the room is also very clean. My wife likes the shampoo and shower gel very much. At that time I came here late, but I didn't expect there to be a parking space. Parking is very convenient. Now this season, the air conditioner has started to cool down. The temperature is very suitable, and the sound insulation of the room is also very good. It was arranged for me to face the direction of the community, there is no noise, the room is very quiet, and I have a good rest at night; I will choose this Atour when I return, it is highly recommended.
