There are speakers in the bathroom. You can watch TV in the bath. The swimming pool is open after 6 o’clock. Now, we almost booked the venue at 8 o'clock in the morning. After swimming, we still steamed in the sauna. It was very relieved! The late check-out was at 2 pm, I took a nap at noon and returned to Beijing for 3 hours! The only problem is that the parking lot is not enough on holidays, and there is no parking available, but the parking ticket in the lobby is free for the residents.

Points to be evaluated for improvement: I initially booked a deluxe double room, but I was not satisfied with the windows of the room, so I asked the waiter to arrange to see other room types, such as executive suites, twin rooms, etc., and finally booked a twin room, which mainly combined facing the South Lake, the room The windows are large, it is close to the lobby, and the twin beds can be put together to prevent children from falling. These features are selected comprehensively. In fact, they don't care much about the size of the room. In fact, the room price this time is the most cost-effective among all the five-star or five-diamond hotels I have stayed in, so it is understandable that there is no welcome fruit, no mini bar, etc. in the room. Combined with the experience of room type selection, I would like to make some suggestions from a personal point of view, which may not be reasonable, just for one input: the name of the room type can be more clearly defined as lake view room, city view room, and then under this category, you can choose according to the distance from the lobby The openness of far and near or the scenery or the area of the house can be divided into standard, high-end, luxury and other grades. It can also be combined with living needs to form business and family rooms. Especially for the family room, you can set up a room with one big bed + one single bed. I have to say that all room types of the hotel can accommodate extra beds, which is possible. During the process, the waiter spent a lot of time showing me several room types. In fact, some of them could have been avoided beforehand. For example, I usually choose a lake view room instead of a city view room. Besides the facilities, I am two adults with a 7-year-old child. When I booked on Ctrip, it was clearly stated on the page that there are children’s slippers and children’s toothbrushes, so I was lazy and didn’t bring the child’s toiletry bag when I left home . But when I arrived at the hotel, I asked, there were no children's toothbrushes, etc. Moreover, the service staff have different opinions. Some waiters said that there is no such thing, and some waiters said that it is only available when booking children's rooms, but after confirming it, they said no. Besides, for breakfast, I didn’t see regular ingredients such as fish, chicken, duck, etc., nor did I see yogurt, so the breakfast buffet is relatively simple, but it seems understandable when I think about the breakfast-included room rate of only a few hundred yuan. But I still suggest that the room rate with breakfast can be increased to meet the optimization of basic breakfast ingredients. Let’s talk about ordering food by swiping the QR code in the room. We arrived at the room late on Saturday night. When we passed by the lobby, we asked by the way. We said that after 9 o’clock, the restaurant has no food, but the room can be ordered. After we returned to the room , it was 9 o'clock at that time? I just ordered a few Chinese dishes, but it took almost 20 minutes before the restaurant service staff called me and said that Chinese food could not be prepared, so I could only order Western food. I quickly ordered Western food, and finally we were more than 10 Just finished dinner. In this process, there are a few points that need to be improved. 1. If you can’t order Chinese food after 9 o’clock, you can make a clear note on the order page, so that we can not waste this time; 2. I stayed twice in four days, and both lived in a family three-bed room. The room size was sufficient, the sanitation was maintained well, the bedding was complete, the sink was blocked, and the staff came immediately after calling the general service desk. Repair, although the exhibition center downstairs is hosting a car show, the windows are airtight and soundproof, and it is relatively quiet. On the ninth floor where I lived for the second time, I can see a little South Lake. There is a free swimming pool. The water in the swimming pool is very clean. There are basically no people. The equipment of the gym is very professional. The breakfast buffet is ok and quite rich. I went a bit late on the first day and it was a bit cold. It’s very close to Tangshan Banquet, and Tangshan Grand Theater is behind it. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the gate on the shore of Nanhu Lake. The location is very good, and there is free underground parking space. There is no business around, but it is suitable for families. Traveling, the service attitude of the waiter is the best among the three restaurants I have stayed in Tangshan, I will consider staying if I have the opportunity to go to Tangshan!

I booked two rooms for this trip, a twin room. The overall feeling is good. The room is large, fully equipped, and the items are neatly arranged. It is adjacent to the Aegean Business District. It is very convenient for traveling and dining. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich. There is also a small gym and the front desk service is also good👍~

The young lady at the front desk didn't tell the truth, maybe she taught it during the training. Guests who come to tell me to upgrade the house, let the guests praise. It's actually a lie! ! I booked a mini double room with window. When I checked in, the front desk said that it would upgrade your room to a larger room and praised it. Then I went upstairs to see the small mini room on the far side I had lived in, and then I went to the front desk and said that there is no need to upgrade , Change me back to the small mini room, the lady at the front desk hesitated, and then she started to lie: no more small rooms on all floors 😂

The hotel suite I chose for business in Tangshan, the suite did not have a small refrigerator, the front desk clerk was also very indifferent, I loved to answer when I checked in, and I checked out at 2 o'clock in the late check-out purchased by Ctrip. At 12:30, the front desk called to tell me to check out before 2 o'clock. I called again at 1:30. I called at two o'clock and urged me. Since I bought two o'clock to check out, I must return at two o'clock. I don't need to call and urge me. I want to rest for a while and I can't rest. The experience is very bad. The only thing I like is that the robot delivery is very good and the speed is not slow.

The location is very good if you don’t want to stay far from the railway station. The hotel is pretty close to the South Lake (Nanhu), Earthquake Memorial, and the Tangshanyan. The staff was polite and friendly and made sure that I could check in as soon as I got there. But my room wasn’t squeaky clean when I arrived. There were some makeup stains in the sink. The breakfast was nice, and there was even croissant and baguette, cereal and bran. But they didn’t fill the baskets when it was close to the end. I felt that if you didn’t wake up early you were going to eat just the leftovers. I think the highlight was the little delivery robot that just delivers everything at your door.
