Entire facility needs a good cleaning and painting. It's old and tired looking. We stayed here while visiting family and wanted a place with an indoor pool. The Wingate's pool was very nice and if the hot tub was working, it would have been perfect. Breakfast - not enticing and there were ants on the table. No TV streams anything. Some don't have the basic cable channels Staff was very nice tried their best.

We spent Friday 6/12 their in a King size guest suite on 2nd floor. Check in was easy. Our room appeared clean until we pulled out the sofa bed for our son and the linens hadn’t been changed and there was popcorn ALL inside the couch and bed itself. I had to strip the linens myself and walk to the front desk to ask for new. The manager on duty just apologized and handed over clean linens for me to fix it myself. I was disappointed to say the least. Currently there is no breakfast served with Covid concerns which was fine. You are basically paying for a room to sleep in, nothing else.

The hotel was nice and clean with pleasant staff. You can tell it was a little older but it was maintained. At check in, there was an issue printing out the receipt, but it was handled quite well by the clerk. The room itself was clean and neat. I liked how they did the bathroom counter with the open shelving. The location was perfect. We went to the Mother Earth fair and were only just a few minutes away from the grounds. There is also a shopping center within walking distance (just be a little cautious as it is a very busy road). We will definitely be back!

I flew in the evening. My son had a spring break in Asheville and stayed at the airport after picking up. Eighteen minutes walk from the airport to the hotel, the hotel decoration is new, clean, sanitary and tidy. The bathroom provides four pieces of shampoo, bath, hair care, and skin care, especially a mask for women. Unfortunately, we are all men's last use. The towels are very clean, and there are four sets of large, medium and small. We only use one set. The bedding of the two large beds is comfortable and clean, which is very suitable for the time difference. There are coin-operated large laundry dryers on both floors. An American-style Mexican restaurant and an Italian restaurant across the road are very popular. We went in long queues at 7 o'clock to wait. The quality products are excellent and not too expensive. It is recommended.
