Stayed 1 night on business trip. Was concerned about arriving late and not finding anyone to check me in. However, this is not an issue as they have a self-check in ”system”. Just have to keep your eyes open. Room had 2 singles and a futon. Bathroom was good size. Everything was very clean, not surprising as the employees were Portuguese (known for cleanliness). The furnishings were very basic, nothing fancy. The room size was good. Breakfast was typical continental (pastries, cheese, cold cuts, fruits, cereals) and was served in the in-house restaurant. I would have like to lunch there but it was only open for breakfast on Tue and Wed. Given the amount of celebrities who've dined there (pictures on wall) I imagine the food is good. The restaurant is quite charming and intimate. The village is on the vineyarded slopes of Lake Geneva with beautiful views on the lake and the Alps behind. Its a tad expensive but this is Switzerland. My one complaint would be the early checkout time of 10:00 which seemed inflexible because the staff have to get everything cleaned and leave.

The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. We have the experience menu at 85CHF, it is indicated ”by the inspiration of the head” but in fact it is a mix of the different dishes offered on the map. The price remains advantageous for all drop. The dishes are served in good quantities, We finished the stomach well full!! :D Servers are sympathetic and dynamic, listening and reactive, the dishes are chaining well we haven't had too much wait. - The point that left us mild on this evening was the location of our table, I had asked when booking a table with direct view of the vines (comprehensible on the balustrade) but we were placed on a table in 2nd rank , with a plexi pile in front of us destroying the view of the lake... all other tables As I still was empty I asked to be placed elsewhere I was answered ”all customers ask us these tables you can't satisfy everyone they are reserved” what I understand, but 30 minutes later we realized that servers started placing people / knowledge to them on the best tables because of ”no show* , so we had the impression that we were a little armored about the placement ...result we are The boards of the boards were empty all nights ... Understand our frustration. Potential clients who will never come may be!
