The front desk staff were excellent, especially the two handsome guys and beautiful ladies who proactively offered us breakfast. GreenYou is truly a bargain during the off-season. For the same price, definitely don't choose the Victoria Hotel across the street – that place is like the Eight Immortals Restaurant, with many guests dying there in recent years. Friends staying near the Border Gate, please be aware!

If you consider booking Pensao Carmen, you should know that on the signage of the hotel it’s NOT Pensao Carmen! Remember that, otherwise you’re gonna have a hard time looking for this place)) I’ll add photos of the actual signage. Pros: conveniently located in Macau’s old town, it takes around 10 minutes to get to The Ruins of St.Paul on foot, and all other historical sites are just around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even if they didn’t speak English at all. I met the three of them and all were old ladies, super nice and cute. I left my luggage after check-out for the whole day before moving to Coloane village hotel. The bed sheets were of good quality and very clean, I enjoyed my sleep after a tiring flight. The bed, though, was kinda hard, not for everyone, but my back was grateful)) pillows were also comfortable, better than at some much more expensive hotels. You can get as much water as you want from the water station at the corridor. There’s a bus station 5 minutes walking from the hotel, the name is Ponte 16, it’s right in front of the famous Sofitel. CONS: The hotel is located on the second floor, there’s no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up there. My room was tiny, it’s really just for one person. The bed is kinda short, for me it was enough but I think a taller person might not feel comfortable enough there (my height is 162 cm) The bathroom is tiny, too, and given its dark green design, it looks rather dirty. I’m not sure if it was, but I found someone’s tooth brush in the shower and some hair in the drainage. Yuck!! Only one big towel was clean though. All in all, I didn’t expect much from it so neither should you 🤩

This was my second stay at the Asia Boutique Hotel, and it's right on Rua do Cunha. The hotel's environment and facilities are pretty standard. On the last day, you can store your luggage and go shopping. Besides the snack stalls, Rua do Cunha itself and the surrounding alleys and main roads have a plethora of traditional tea restaurants and Portuguese restaurants that are well worth a visit. After dinner, you can take a stroll from Rua do Cunha along the Taipa Houses-Museum wetlands to reach the Venetian, Londoner, and Parisian. There are buses right outside the hotel that go directly to the Peninsula, Senado Square, and Monte Fort. For coastal attractions in Coloane and the Macau airport, the metro is also a direct ride away. Its prime location is definitely its strongest point. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it!

The room facilities are complete, and the hygiene is clean. The environment is comfortable, and the service attitude is also very good. The hotel's location is ideal, not too far from anywhere, and there's a sight downstairs: the graffiti wall.

This hotel is quite good. Although the northern part of Macau where it's located is a bit run-down, it's convenient for dining, close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and public transport to the south and the airport is excellent. I stayed in a single room, and essentials like slippers and toothbrushes were provided. The main issue was the smell from the facilities. The only elevator seemed to be under renovation when I arrived; it was covered with wooden boards and stickers. When I left, the boards were removed, revealing bare metal. During that time, the elevator had a particularly strong smell that made me think of formaldehyde. I considered taking the stairs, but although the fire escape was clear, it was symbolically roped off, which was puzzling. Both the hallway and my room also had different but very strange odors. While you do get used to it over time, the smell was unsettling. It was a strong, unpleasant, and mysterious odor, and I had no idea what it was. The room windows were locked shut and couldn't be opened, which made me wonder if they hadn't been opened since the last renovation, allowing toxic fumes to linger. My only option was to keep the bathroom fan on and try to mentally adjust. If you can overlook the smell and the psychological stress and potential health risks it caused, I think it's a great place.

Extremely satisfied! The front desk staff spoke good Mandarin, the facilities are new, and the environment is clean. The bedding and towels are all disposable, which gave me peace of mind. The electrical outlets are the same as in mainland China. The location is superb! It's quiet yet central, just a few minutes from core areas like St. Paul's Ruins, and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop. If I visit Macau again, I'll definitely choose this place. Regarding check-in and check-out times, I figured it wasn't a unique policy and must have a reason behind it, and a quick online search confirmed it. When traveling, going with the flow is essential for a pleasant experience. All in all, my stay here added a lot to my two-day trip to Macau!

The location of the hotel is in the city centre and very near bus stop, making it very accessible. It's also near tourist sites like the St Paul's ruins and the casinos in the city. The room was small and quite tight to move around as there's not much space. Bed is comfy enough but the there's no toilet wall resulting in a very bright room at night, especially during sleep time as the separating section between room and toilet is frosted glass. Would have preferred a more opaque separator. There's also no shower curtain to avoid wetting the toilet floor when showering.

Last time I stayed in the South Wing, and this time I chose the North Wing, which I found to have better decor and cleanliness. The location is excellent. After crossing the border, you can take a **taxi or public bus to Ponte 16. It's about a 5-minute walk from there, or a taxi would cost around 60 yuan. The hotel is just a few minutes from the Ruins of St. Paul's, and Rua de Outubro is right downstairs, along with a supermarket. There are plenty of delicious food options and attractions within easy walking distance, and there's even a night market in the evenings. It's also very quiet at night, which is great for sleeping. The security and staff are all very friendly and polite. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Five-star review! Not a shill, I promise!

First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. I walked to the Ruins of St. Paul's the next day, which perfectly tied into my itinerary. The only downside was that the room I was assigned had a smoky smell that neither the AC nor the exhaust fan could really get rid of. It was a bit uncomfortable that the windows couldn't be opened due to a policy. The cleanliness was decent. Overall, the price of 400-500+ felt a bit overpriced, but I guess it's understandable for that area. If it weren't for the smoke smell, the room would have been quite good.

Although the room was small, it was well-arranged and efficiently utilized, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The shower room also felt spacious enough. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The surrounding area is also quite nice, but the main selling point is the superb location – it's just a 5-minute walk to the Inner Harbour Ferry Terminal and Senado Square, which is incredibly convenient. The staff were also absolutely top-notch. The value for money is excellent, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau.

GGuest UserThe disposable bed sheets, duvet covers, and towels were of very poor quality. I strongly recommend replacing them with standard ones. The room wasn't ventilated, so there was a musty smell when I first checked in. Overall, it was not a good experience.

AAnonymous UserThis is my second time staying at this hotel. It's right next to the Lower Market and very close to the bus stop, making it convenient to get anywhere. The front desk requires a 100 deposit, and they accept RMB, HKD, or MOP. The decor is relatively new, and the cleanliness is good. I'll consider staying here again next time I'm in Macau.

CClaire ArranguezThis was our second time checking in at this hotel. First was in 2018 and it's way cleaner than it is now. However, location's right in Senado Square, close to main attractions in Taipa. The room was also spacious, as well as the beds. Another big con is the floors reeking of cigarette smoke despite the signs of NO SMOKING. They should impose it stricter to avoid affecting non-smoking individuals. The carpets need a good replacement. If this hotel cleans their room better, the standard will so much better as well! A small fridge will also be very helpful. Every hotel room should have them now, I believe. Nonetheless, it's enough for a place to rest.
