The hotel's facilities are quite good, though the only minor drawback might be the poor soundproofing. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, offering convenient access to major attractions in Kyoto. The subway station is about a 20-minute walk away. As for the amenities, the hotel is well-equipped with individual shower rooms and toilets on each floor. The washing machine and lounge area are located on the fifth floor. Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator. If you have large luggage, you can inform the front desk to arrange a room on a lower floor.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was larger than expected and well designed, with automatic lighting, a very nice bathroom, and a cozy raised Japanese-style area. The room was very clean, visually pleasing, and the air conditioning worked well throughout the stay.
The location was also excellent, with the hotel just a short walk from Kyoto Station. Being in the city center made it easy to get around, even without using public transportation.

Kyoto was the main stop on this trip, so I had high expectations for this hotel in Omiya. It's about a 10-minute walk from Kyoto's most prosperous Shijo shopping street, which isn't too close, but still very convenient. There are bus stops and subway stations nearby, so getting around is still very convenient. However, if you want to avoid walking, it's best to book a room in Shijo. There's free housekeeping once every three nights, but we didn't tell the front desk before 8 p.m. one night in advance, so we didn't use it. The toothbrush was very difficult to use, much worse than the hotel in Nagoya.

The room was very clean. The Japanese-style single room facing the street was quite noisy, so on the second day, I paid the difference to switch to a family room, which was very quiet. Across from the hotel is a large supermarket, which makes shopping very convenient. The room comes with a kitchen, and there are pots, pans, and dishes available, so you can cook your own meals. If there are two or more people, I recommend choosing the family room. If you're traveling alone, I suggest not staying at this hotel, as the Japanese-style single room faces the street and the traffic at night is really loud.

The hotel is located in a small inner street, which is very quiet, but it is not very convenient to walk for a while if you need to go to a convenience store to buy things at night. The person who received us when we checked in at night should be *********, speak Chinese, and explain in detail. There is a hallway outside the door of the room, where you can put a stroller. The room is very spacious, the largest we stayed in during this trip. There are tatami mats for eating, drinking and relaxing. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and it is very clean. I bought a three-night package for the event and was overall satisfied ~
The hotel's environment and facilities are very good, the breakfast is delicious, the room is comfortable, and it will be used again. The front desk service has nothing to say, very patient and enthusiastic.

The place has an excelente location, easy to get there. The room was cleaned and organized. However, there is no person at the front desk to ask questions or ask for help. The code for entering to the room was sent by SMS, but since we were traveling the service for SMS of our phone company does not work outside our country, so we did not receive the message since we were traveling. They do not have an e-mail address, so the check in instructions could not be send there. When we arrived to the place was late and we found the front desk empty even though we still arrived in the front desk service hours. We had a hard time contacting the hotel but luckily could get some help in calling the administration to get our room number and the code.

The room is clean, large and reasonable. It is very close to the station.
There was also a coin laundry. There was a large refrigerator and a microwave.
The room was large, so it was relaxing and very comfortable.
I would like to use it again.
The reception lady was very warm and thoughtful. She personally took me into the room and taught me how to use some facilities. I booked the cheapest room with a public bathroom, but I was given a private bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very large and divided into three areas: bathroom, lobby, and bedroom. I stayed there for two days, and it was not like other Japanese hotels that didn't clean. The bedding in the bedroom was very clean and I slept very comfortably. Their bath and shampoo sets were from the DHC brand. On the day of check-out, the lady bowed again to say goodbye. The Japanese service spirit was very useful to me as a foreigner.

GGuest UserI asked for a promise to pay an additional fee for three people, but I was troubled because there were no amenities, beds, etc.
When I checked to the front desk, I was half laughing and said, ”my side is no problem”.
As a result, I did not pay additional fees, but the request did not pass.
I learned that it would be better to check again a week ago.
It was good as information before interior.
Thank you.
