AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were very helpful and kind + cute chonky cat too. Great location near two 7-Elevens, Kim Yong Market, and Lee Garden. The road is a bit narrow for cars, but you can set your ride drop-off at the nearby main road and walk just 1 minute. Overall, it was a good price for the experience. Would definitely book again if I come back.

During my recent trip to Hatyai, I stayed at Boon Poshtel and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists greeted us with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude that made us feel right at home. Their friendliness and hospitality truly stood out throughout our stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The hotel also has a nice dining and common area where guests can sit, relax, and unwind.
The room rates are very affordable, offering excellent value for money. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located a little further from the main town area, but this is easily outweighed by the comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service provided.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Boon Poshtel Hatyai to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly accommodation with exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hatyai! 🏨✨

No main traffic around of hotel enable quiet and clean atmosphere for rest.
Front desk host is helpful, Stable and fast Wifi Speed with room card to access lift for safety.
2 bottle of water ,changeable with housekeeper when needed with no extra charge, as long as not bringing out or lost/broken.
Water supply and pressure is stable, with heater for bath.
Window toward east bright and warm on day.

GGaryDGood sized room and bathroom. Small balcony. Plenty of storage space. Kettle, fridge and microwave in room. Good aircon and Wi-Fi. Very nice staff, very helpful. Plenty of restaurants and street stalls close by. About a 15 minute walk to old town. Close to minibus station for Hat Yai and Nakhon.

KKiwattanaThe room smells musty. When I checked in, the staff said they did not receive the booking information. I had to stand and wait for a long time. It is in an alley. I am staying monthly. There are shoes all over the front of the room. The refrigerator for storing food is rusty. The towels are old. There are dust eaters on the ceiling.
