The hotel is clean, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the facilities are complete and beyond expectations. It is a very satisfactory stay.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

I liked the hotel, best location, dealing with other facilities/services, and morning breakfast (as I stayed night and checked out at 12 pm).

The hotel is OK for business trips. The breakfast is rich and suitable for Chinese people, and dumplings with chicken and onion fillings are also available. The room does not require a conversion plug, and the DC power is 250V.

A great Hotel in all aspects except one. I had a nice quiet room, stable wifi. Friendly restaurant staff, room service and security. great restaurant and good buffet breakfast. Always welcomed with smiling and friendly people. Room service cleaned every day. A credit to the hotel. I would like to give 10 stars. However the reception staff really let the hotel down. Impolite, rude and unfriendly. i was going to extend my stay but due to the nature of reception staff i moved to another hotel. such a shame as this is a great place to stay if the manager can address their attitude. it left a negative perception of an otherwise great stay.

at first they gave me wrong room which is downgraded from double to singgle room, i check in at 2 in the morning is quite disappointing bcs i can't sleep at all bcs the bed are way to small for both of us, i want change the room immediately but they said it's no available for double deluxe room (type room that i booked). and the next day finally they change our room but still you have to pay attention next time about this things. water heater didn't work i can tolerate bcs the weather are still hot any way, the breakfast are good, friendly staff quite location and safe. thx

The staff in this hotel are the most professional and courteous I’ve ever encountered especially Salahuddin and Amin. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Bed and bed linen was very comfortable. Gym and pool facilities are very good. Only complaints are was the front desk staff insisting we register with IHG in order to get wifi, this was at 3am after arriving from the airport from a long flight and also the temperature in the room could not be controlled so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at times.
