This hotel is suitable for both leisure and business trips. The breakfast is plentiful, the hotel restaurant has excellent drinks and delicious, unique dishes, and it's convenient to hail a taxi right outside. Highly recommended.

Нормальный отель уровня 3*, все достаточно чисто, цена соответствует качеству. В номере было все необходимое, места хватило, все работало. Останавливаюсь не в первый раз, все устраивает.

Close to the city center, with lots of restaurants and museums nearby. Very kind and helpful staff, especially all the receptionists. Clean hotel and good breakfast. It can be a bit noisy with the music going on until late and starting early, even though it is calm music.

Hotel location is very good, in the city center. It's a bit old. It's close to where it is in the 1st ring, and it's convenient to take a taxi next to the glasses market.

Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.

很老的酒店了，在二環邊上，一定要入住前台附近的背對着馬路的房間。否則住在主樓的話，會非常吵。二環路上車流非常大，而且大量的老舊日本車噪音極大。房間的隔音不太好，所以會很吵。酒店早餐不錯，在當地算是比較不錯的早餐了。服務員的態度很好，很樂於幫忙。

The room can accommodate a family of four, but four people need to pay a difference of $20. I am very good in Spanish, and the front desk said that Trip.com confirmed that it was four people, and I was still charged $20. Later, I complained with Trip.com and Trip.com was resolved. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel is not connected with Trip so I had to pay again on site and I’m still waiting for the refund. Hard to get around the hotel with no Spanish.

The location was great, nearby restaurants within walking distance if you choose. The lobby and the rooms are well cleaned and welcoming. Staff were all very professional and the receptionist spoke English, wish was a major help to me. I booked the suite Room with a jacuzzi, the first they booked us in was inoperable and had signs showing down for maintenance. We asked reception about it and they were unaware oddly. They did move us rooms, however the second room the water temp in the jacuzzi wasn't warm and when the air jets were turned on there was an awful smell. We didn't bother to ask again as we assumed no one ever used them.

The environment and breakfast are good, but some charges are puzzling. Sometimes purified water is free, sometimes a bottle of water costs 20 bolivars, sometimes printing at the front desk is free, sometimes you have to pay. It feels like the staff charges based on their mood.
