The hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a strong odor from the carpet. The bathroom had an old bathtub that you had to step into to use as a shower. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and offered everything one might need.

The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. Although the direct distance is short, the road design is poor, requiring a lot of detours, which adds to the travel time. The hotel is quite new, the newest of all the hotels on my Brazil trip. It's not in the typical dark red style, more like a bright-colored economy hotel in China, which I liked. There's an airport shuttle at the entrance, seemingly running hourly, but unfortunately, I missed it. The restaurant is decent; the selection isn't extensive but still acceptable. There's an outdoor courtyard which is very comfortable for a short sit. The room is compact but all the facilities are brand new. WiFi connectivity was poor. I asked the front desk if it was safe outside, and they replied that it's okay during the day but best not to go out at night. It's hard to imagine that even near the airport it's like this. I had dinner at the hotel, costing 79 BRL per person. For someone like me who isn't used to the local flavors, it wasn't good value for money. Throughout my entire Brazil trip, the only meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the BBQ buffet hosted by my client in Curitiba, because it had flavor. All other meals were bland and just for filling the stomach. Considering the price and location, I would still choose to stay here again.

Super pretty from the inside, the truth is that from the outside it has a different perspective of view, since it seems a bit forgotten but inside it surprises you a lot, the streets are very festive if you like to party there are a lot of people on the sides and singers.

The main advantage is its convenient location near Guarulhos International Airport, along with the available shuttle service, which makes arrivals, departures, and layovers much more comfortable. It’s an ideal option both for a short stop between flights and for a business trip. The rooms are modern, clean, and well equipped. The comfortable beds and high-quality bedding ensure a great night’s sleep after a long flight. Each room has everything needed for a pleasant stay, and the soundproofing helps you truly relax. The staff is polite, attentive, and professional — always ready to assist with any requests and making guests feel genuinely cared for. The breakfast is also worth mentioning: it’s delicious, varied, and included in the stay. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos Airport offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and high service standards. I would gladly stay here again and confidently recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel is very good, pleasant, quality breakfast. The location I don't recommend, I was very disgusted with the number of street residents.

I was satisfied with this hotel very much. I plannef to live here for many times many days. It's too bad that this hotel can not deposit the luggage for some days, only one day. But I can't always take the luggage with me. So I have to cancel all the later reservation in this hotel, and shouldn't come back again.

Hospedagem ideal para quem precisa de um local apenas para dormir e não pretende passar muito tempo no local. Estrutura enxuta, porém tudo novo e super limpo. Rouparia nova e cama confortável. Único inconveniente é que o estacionamento não é no local, fica a uns 150m. Pode ser um pouco perigoso para quem pretende sair de carro à noite e voltar tarde, uma vez que a rua fica bem vazia; assim como para aqueles que chegarão com muitas malas, pois não há local de parada rápida para embarque e desembarque.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just one block from the main street and close to the art museum, a 10-minute walk away. There are bus stops and a metro station within a 10-minute walk. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the breakfast is very generous. Portuguese is required at the front desk.

Before check-in, the hotel sent a self-registration form for each guest. They don't ask for so much personal data even when getting a visa, so we refused. At the hotel, check-in takes about 2 minutes, after which you receive check-in instructions on WhatsApp. Entering the room using a password on the door is not the most convenient solution. Looking ahead, I will say that on the second day the lock broke down and we could not get into the room for half an hour - the hotel employees were not very interested in helping, but after half an hour they finally helped us (there are always long queues at the reception; apparently everyone has problems) Now about the room - the room is quite clean, but everything is done very cheaply. The sink is in the room, not in the toilet. All the plumbing is very flimsy. While we were walking to the room - one of the taps in the neighboring room burst and flooded the room. The same thing in the shower. One hook. There is no kettle, no hair dryer either (you can rent one in the lobby). For 2 nights, no one cleaned our place or replaced the shampoo and soap. Now about the audibility - it's terrible. You can hear everything - especially from the neighboring rooms with a common wall. Until 1 am, a group of more than 5 people (how is that possible in a small room) were yelling and celebrating something... There is a microwave and a stove, no complaints there. The bed is also quite soft and comfortable. There is a mini market downstairs where you can buy snacks, drinks and other necessary products. It is useful.

There was a strange smell in the corridor, similar to mold. The room was quite damp. There were windows, but they could not be opened. The attitude of the staff was OK. When I arrived on the first day, I found that I had taken the wrong conversion plug, so I asked the front desk to get one and used it for one night.
