Sea Shell Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home located on Russell Island with easy access to excellent restaurants, local favorites, and sandy beaches.This newly remodeled home features all new appliances and furniture, boasting an open layout with large kitchen and island. Two bedrooms provide comfortably large king beds with the third room made up of 2 sets of full size bunk beds. It is the perfect location for two families or a friends getaway. The many windows throughout house allow for a fresh breeze but there is a newly installed central A/C. Wi-Fi is included along with access to 65 inch smart TV in living room and smaller TV in master bedroom.Sea Shell Cottage resides on an quiet street that dead ends in to sandy water. Enjoy a stroll to the end and cast for bonefish when the tide is right. You have access to 2 two-person kayaks with paddles and wheels. The large grassy backyard is surrounded by privacy fence and offers plenty of space for outdoor games. We have a large above ground pool (52 inches deep), a propane grill, and two picnic tables with umbrellas.The closest airport is North Eleuthera (ELH). From there, you will take a short taxi ride followed by ferry to Spanish Wells. We can help you arrange transportation from airport as well as give contacts for dockage and golf cart rentals. The Harbour House 2016 renovation is complete and this charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is available for rent. Situated on the Southeast end of the island, 30 feet from the water's edge, in Spanish Wells' protected harbor, the Harbour House is ideal for many vacationers including families, friends, couples and fishing buddies. The first floor is open (and fully air conditioned) with the living room, dining area and kitchen all flowing from one to the next. A portion of the living area can be made into a semi private sleeping area with a day bed that converts into a king size bed or 2 twins. The other portion of the living room has a comfortable couch and chair for lounging, watching cable TV or surfing the Internet through included WiFi. Also on the first floor is a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The bright and colorful kitchen, equipped with all of the necessary dishes and cookware, also has a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and chest freezer. Just a few steps from the kitchen, out the back door, is a private deck with a gas BBQ grill, table, chairs and outdoor shower. Arguably the best feature of the main level is the full length porch, on the front side of the cottage, that faces the harbor. With Adirondack chairs and 3 ceiling fans, your comfort is assured as you watch boats, of all shapes, sizes and origins, pass through the harbor. The second floor of the cottage has been completely remodeled with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, separate vanity, laundry room and air conditioning throughout. Other necessities, such as grocery stores, shops, churches and restaurants are within easy walking distance of the cottage. If you're a boating enthusiast (reason the Harbour House was purchased) you can simply hop in your boat, (owned or rental) that is conveniently moored in front of the cottage and go on a different adventure each day of your vacation. The options are nearly endless. You could spend the day on one of the many pristine beaches on Royal, Russell, Meeks Patch or Egg Island, snorkel and fish Devils Backbone reef, go offshore fishing for dolphin, wahoo and tuna, visit the Glass Bridge and Queen's bath or head north to the Abacos or south to the Exumas for those that are more adventurous .
