The hotel room and facilities itself was very nice and comfortable. Just next to the Wengen train station. Front desk service could be further improved.

This was our third hotel during our trip to Switzerland, and we stayed for two nights. The location was absolutely fantastic! It's incredibly close to the train station, which made transporting our luggage a breeze. Plus, our room's balcony offered a direct view of the picturesque 'Dreamy Hill'. The hotel's little courtyard was also stunning! One evening, we even had the pleasure of seeing an old man playing the Alphorn there, with many people gathered to listen. The room itself was reasonably spacious, and the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Even the small window in the bathroom offered incredible, panoramic views. Oh, and there was also a bathtub, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up: there's no air conditioning.

Our room on the fifth floor faced Jungfrau, offering a beautiful view. The outdoor scenery from the ground floor lobby was also breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. We had a small hiccup during our stay: on the first night, the hot water in our room stopped working, so we couldn't shower. We contacted the front desk, and they said there were no maintenance workers available at night. There was no follow-up after that. We contacted them again, and the front desk staff, speaking in broken English, gave us two options: switch rooms or wait until the next morning for repairs. We chose to switch rooms, and the front desk gave us two 'sorry' cards for free drinks at the bar. The new room was on the second floor, facing Mönch. This hotel seems to have a lot of Asian tour groups.

Close to the station and very convenient location. Your husband is very kind and kind. The Eiger from the room is very powerful and you will never get tired of seeing it. The bread for breakfast is very delicious.

Location, location, location! It's super convenient, right next to Wengen station. The town of Wengen is small, with all the restaurants, shops, and the Coop clustered together. Wengen is a stop closer to Jungfraujoch than Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. The train station right outside the hotel offers one-stop shopping for all your transfer tickets. I arrived by train from Zurich, and it required two transfers from Interlaken. It's ideal for guests planning to visit Jungfraujoch. Even if you're not going to Jungfraujoch, it's a peaceful and viable option. There are short hiking trails uphill, about 1.5 km to the top. I even went for a run in the morning. Service: Very warm and thoughtful. They helped me plan routes and even went out of their way to find a power adapter for me. Breakfast: Among the four hotels I stayed at during my 10-day trip in Europe, this one had the most extensive breakfast, with pretty much everything you'd need.

Our room was on the second floor, and it seemed the hotel was undergoing a phase two expansion, as our window view was dominated by scaffolding. What's more, the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. We stayed in mid-August during a heatwave, and the staff could only provide us with a fan. Fortunately, the evening temperatures weren't too high, so we managed. The room's amenities were also incredibly basic. For a room costing over 2000 a night, there wasn't even a bedside table. It really just underscores how high prices are in Switzerland. On the plus side, the location is very convenient; you can spot the hotel right from the train station exit. The staff were also quite pleasant.

There is nothing to say about the location. The main thing to go to this place is to take the cable car. I didn’t remind you when I made the reservation. Fortunately, we arrived not very late. I drove up the mountain directly, but it turned out that the car couldn’t go up, so I went down obediently and took the cable car up. , After a few hours of tossing around, I didn't check in until 11 o'clock. 😅

Such a cute little hotel right by Grindelwald train station! Only thing is that it is up a really steep hill, no joke to climb up while dragging your luggage. Rooms were very roomy and clean. They kindly upgraded one of our rooms to a bigger room, which was really generous. Breakfast was simple but satisfying and delicious. There were cows at the patch of grass next to the hotel, which amused us greatly. Would recommend.

You absolutely must take the bus. Unless you're in great physical shape and traveling light, you'll be absolutely miserable, especially if you encounter extreme weather. If the weather is nice, that's a different story; a leisurely walk with stops might actually be quite pleasant.

The location was good and the room was very clean. The toilet, bathroom, and kitchen including the refrigerator are shared, but there were no particular issues.
