This is an established star-rated hotel with an impressive exterior and a beautiful lobby. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Just a few minutes' walk to the right brings you to MixC City, where you can find everything for dining, entertainment, and shopping. There's both above-ground and underground parking, making it very convenient if you're driving. The front desk staff, especially one of the young men, provided excellent service. Check-in was quick, and he even proactively asked if I was driving so he could register my license plate for free in-and-out access. The room was spacious, the hardware facilities were well-maintained, and the hygiene was exceptional. Daily cleaning was also very prompt. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, featuring Inner Mongolian specialties like shaomai, milk tea, and lamb offal soup, along with a variety of fresh and delicious fruits and vegetables. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Our room was lovely. They kindly upgraded us for free because we had a child, and the new room was wonderfully large and spacious. The hotel itself, from the rooms to the lobby, was very distinctive and charming. The Western restaurant on the second floor served delicious food, and it was very convenient for dining. The hotel is located right on Zhongsu Jin Street, so you can hit the shops right downstairs. It's just too convenient! Definitely a 5-star rating!

This hotel is super nice! The room is really spacious, so no worries about it being too small. It's also very clean. Plus, you can use the washing machine, which is a huge bonus. It's incredibly close to Wanda Plaza and the nearby snack street, and right behind it, you'll find bus stops and a subway station. Super convenient!

My stay at Shangri-La Baotou far exceeded my expectations! Even before checking in, I received a call from the hotel arranging the room according to my preferences. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively helped with luggage, and the front desk staff were warm and meticulous, introducing the hotel's restaurants and fitness center. The room was clean and hygienic! I've had their shaomai before and it was good, but this time I was particularly impressed by the new mutton buns at breakfast – absolutely amazing! My family really enjoyed the freshly fried dough sticks. Overall, the entire check-in process was excellent, and the hotel's location is superb! It's only about a 15-minute drive from the highway exit! Finally, a special shout-out to Avila Wang.

The room was great, very clean, and the service was excellent. It had all the amenities, the environment was quiet, and the location was convenient. My friends and I had a very comfortable stay. It's excellent value for money and definitely recommended.

Traveling to Inner Mongolia for the May Day holiday, I stayed in Hohhot for the first two nights. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was quiet and clean. Since I rented a car, I could park it in the multi-story parking lot right outside the entrance. I chose a lake view room, and the scenery outside the window was quite nice. I especially loved the fragrance in the hotel lobby. The only downside was that there were too few laundry rooms; I had to queue all evening just to wash one item, ugh.

The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean and clutter-free, with soft and cozy bedding, and sparkling clean and dry bathrooms, all equipped with high-quality amenities. It's conveniently located and a joy to stay in. With top-notch environment and service, the overall experience is absolutely superb. I will definitely be staying here again and again!

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is rich, the taste is delicious, the price is high, the service and facilities exceed expectations; the overall stay experience is pleasant, and it is highly recommended to give friends.

Grand Hyatt Hotel is located in the downtown area, and it is very convenient for shopping and eating around. There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground parking lot, which is a good place for self-driving people to stay. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is clean and hygienic, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. If you are hungry at night, the hotel can also provide free chopped green onion noodles, which tastes good.

I stayed for four nights and experienced both the Family Room with twin beds and a view, and the Tent-themed Family Room. While both had the same square footage, the Family Room felt a bit cramped in its layout. The twin room was the most comfortable, with a great view of the bridge and the Yimin River, absolutely stunning after the snow. The Tent-themed Family Room had a slide, which kept the kids entertained in the room. The service was outstanding, truly exceptional. One thing I particularly want to commend is the hotel's TV setup. You can directly log into iQIYI and Aurora Cloud TV, unlike some hotels where you only get Aurora TV for a fee, and even screen mirroring costs money, or there's nothing good to watch. They even provided extra small chairs for the beds, which was a nice touch. Originally, for two nights of our trip, we had planned to try a different hotel and booked at Hanting, but we ended up canceling that and staying at Arivon Manor again.
