Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

The bathroom had state of the art facilities. The room was comfortable and well designed. Having a translucent window worked well for me as the room was quiet. The front office and housekeeping staff were competent and polite. Location is superb. It's on the corner of the Gulou Pedestrian Mall and Xinhua Road. Only the tinu lobby is on the ground floor and the exact entry is not evident. Look for the overhead crossing, the escalators and the Sony shop. There are many places to eat: on the mall, off the mall and all the small lanes.

The front desk staff Xiao Yong is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out process is efficient, and he also took the initiative to upgrade the room type! The room service responds quickly and cleans very cleanly. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and clean, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, and the toiletries are of good quality. The hotel is equipped with a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, etc. The breakfast variety is rich and tastes great! The luckiest thing about this trip is that I chose this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff member Wang Yanxia was warm and considerate. She quickly checked me in and recommended nearby delicacies. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was rich and varied. The location is also great, and it is convenient for travel. I highly recommend it!

Ningxia was a last-minute decision just a few days before my trip, and what a beautiful city it is! Even after a tiring journey, I chose the Marriott. I only booked it on the day of arrival, but the staff were incredibly welcoming. The surrounding area is bustling with many attractions. I enjoyed afternoon tea in the executive lounge, which offered beautiful views of the Yinchuan cityscape, including a large lake and well-planned, crisscrossing roads, all with immaculately maintained green belts. From my suite, I had a fantastic view of the distant Helan Mountains. Interestingly, the next day, while staying at the foot of the Helan Mountains, I could still spot the Marriott! Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable. After a day of rest, I felt completely refreshed. Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me, and I'll definitely be back!

Having stayed at the Sheraton Sanya last summer, I continued my choice of Sheraton for this trip to Yinchuan. The service quality remains consistently excellent, and I had a truly wonderful experience. This visit was during peak season, and unfortunately, we had to switch rooms for our two-night stay. The young lady at the front desk, a member of an ethnic minority group, was incredibly patient, charming, and had a fantastic attitude. Later, customer service directly arranged our luggage transfer when we changed rooms, so we didn't have to handle it ourselves. We simply went out for the day, and upon our return, our luggage was already perfectly placed in our new room. The customer service team was also very quick to respond. Regarding the Executive Benefits: The executive lounge is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat, though its offerings aren't particularly unique. However, the young lady providing service there was exceptionally enthusiastic – big thumbs up! She was practically an ambassador for Ningxia tourism, haha. Also, the twin room was very spacious!

The room is small in size and clean and tidy. The parent-child room I booked has a double bed and a single bed, which is especially suitable for a family of three. Toiletries come in large bottles and are of good quality. Breakfast is an absolute plus for this hotel. Cold side dishes, haggis soup, fried buns, and ramen are all great! Not inferior to international five stars. Although the breakfast area is not large, everything is of good quality. Wuzhong is not a big city, so I parked my car in front of the hotel when I was driving, which was very convenient. It takes one hour to go to Yinchuan from Wuzhong, one hour to Shuidonggou, and one and a half hours to Shapotou. I like the Northwest~

Overall, it was okay. We had a small issue on the first day, which left a bad first impression, but the hotel staff handled it very proactively, so we can move past that. However, the hotel's facilities really need an upgrade. Not only is there no master switch for the lights, but it's also miles away from the bedside, so you have to get out of bed to turn them on and off. The showerhead was also heavily clogged with limescale. On the bright side, the bedding was comfortable, and we slept well. Breakfast was lavish, definitely worth waking up for. The last photo perfectly reflects the hotel's attitude.

The room facilities were brand new and smart, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, especially the pillows—the most comfortable I've ever stayed in a hotel. The smart speaker could turn everything on and off with a simple voice command, which was so convenient. The toilet was also smart! 👍 The location was excellent, convenient for shopping and strolling around. Xinhua Department Store and Yinchuan Shopping Mall were nearby, and there were plenty of food options. The hotel service was impeccable; they went out of their way to meet my needs. The front desk staff were incredibly patient in delivering things at night, always responding promptly no matter how many times I called. I highly recommend you experience it!
