The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower (though Gaode Maps was a bit off, directing me to the Drum Tower roundabout). The hotel's overall design is pleasant. Upon entering the room, it felt like a classic 4-star hotel in terms of layout. The attention to detail was excellent; things like the signs and small amenities were thoughtfully placed and very user-friendly. It gives the impression that the owner has a background in hotel management. The sole drawback was the strong foot odor emanating from the duvet I used. My friends staying in other rooms didn't encounter this, but the smell in my room was quite pervasive. I suspect the linen might have been contaminated during transport or handling. Additionally, the carpet in the guest room showed signs of age, with some dusty spots in hard-to-reach areas. The hotel offers a private parking lot, and they were very thoughtful in covering my car with a sunshade, which was a great service. The half-point deduction is primarily for the duvet's strange smell; otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Environment: Located across from the Yinchuan Municipal Government, some rooms with a view offer a斜向 view of Helan Mountain. Yinchuan isn't a large city, so getting anywhere is very convenient. Facilities: It's genuinely old. Even as we're about to pass 2025, you still see TVs with 20-year-old picture quality, and of course, no screen mirroring function. There are no convenient outlets by the bed for charging, and the front desk doesn't provide power strips, only a short 3-in-1 charging cable. The Wi-Fi signal is only one bar, and even when connected, it's unusable. There are no delivery robots; there's a locker downstairs for self-pickup. The diverter knob for switching between the overhead shower and handheld shower in the bathroom is almost broken. There's no smart toilet, not even a heated seat. Service: Very good, excellent attitude.

The room is small in size and clean and tidy. The parent-child room I booked has a double bed and a single bed, which is especially suitable for a family of three. Toiletries come in large bottles and are of good quality. Breakfast is an absolute plus for this hotel. Cold side dishes, haggis soup, fried buns, and ramen are all great! Not inferior to international five stars. Although the breakfast area is not large, everything is of good quality. Wuzhong is not a big city, so I parked my car in front of the hotel when I was driving, which was very convenient. It takes one hour to go to Yinchuan from Wuzhong, one hour to Shuidonggou, and one and a half hours to Shapotou. I like the Northwest~

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I chose the Yinchuan Wanda Realm Hotel, and it turned out to be exceptionally wonderful. The front desk service was very attentive, and a young man surnamed Su patiently introduced nearby attractions and affordable restaurants. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and tidy. They called in advance to inquire about my needs before check-in. I mentioned buckwheat pillows, and to my surprise, a buckwheat pillow had already been prepared and placed on the bed. There was also a handwritten note in the room, and extra water had been provided. Ms. Liu Xiaoqin was very thoughtful and valued the guest experience. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

Good value for money, friendly, helpful night staff, no language problem, easy and trouble free foreign friendly. The feedback is based on my room and my overall experience. The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. It was my first time staying at this hotel. The name sounded impressive, so I decided to check it out, hoping to see if I'd opened a box. He said the hotel was very clean and probably located in a new residential complex. The room was very spacious, I think about 450 square meters, and very clean. As for the breakfast, I really enjoyed it. The flavors are more suited to northern Chinese tastes, with fewer Western options. The best part is the laundry room, which is really convenient. If I take the kids out for a walk or eat, I can wash their clothes right at home. Water is basically free; if you ask for it at the front desk, they'll bring it to you. The best part is the buckwheat pillows, which is a real bonus for people with cervical issues. The robot food delivery service is a favorite for the kids.

The futuristic capsule hotel offers a novel experience with smart controls, which is pretty good. However, the cleanliness is just so-so, possibly due to limited conditions in the desert. The breakfast and dinner selections were very limited. The most surprising thing was that a hotel primarily for families didn't even have children's cutlery in its restaurant. The butler service was practically non-existent; I had to wait a long time for no response before making a voice call. Although there weren't many guests on the night of our check-in, the service response was still very slow. I hope the hotel improves its service. The evening bonfire show was quite good and unique. For photos in the astronaut suit, they insisted I post on Xiaohongshu first to get it for free, and the suit itself was extremely dirty – the neck rim was completely black, and the suit was torn. The shoes they provided didn't even match. While the photos turned out okay, the overall experience was hard to describe. All in all, experiencing it once is enough. If you absolutely want to stay in the desert with family, the Starry Hotel is a better option.
