"The Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich."

"I came to Yinchuan for a business trip alone, but I didn’t expect the hotel to be so cost-effective. The price is about 200 yuan, the room is about 30 square meters, there is a separate desk, separate bathroom, smart toilet. The location of the hotel is also good, but there is no entertainment nearby at night. After 11 o'clock, all the stores in this neighborhood are basically closed. You can take a taxi to other places. The price is still very high, the experience is great"

"This truly lives up to its reputation as Yinchuan's best five-star hotel. First, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the bathroom, which was surprisingly large—it felt even bigger than the bedroom! The shower pressure was fantastic, and the toiletries were a British brand with a lovely, natural scent. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. They even provided a capsule coffee machine with coffee capsules. The complimentary shoe-shining service was a thoughtful touch, and the in-room internet was fast and reliable. Secondly, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The Western pastry selection, especially the flaky croissants, was authentic and delicious. The live cooking stations for Eggs Benedict and egg white rolls are features you typically only find in top-tier five-star hotels. They also had freshly squeezed watermelon juice and rich, high-quality coffee. What really impressed me were the local Ningxia specialties in the Chinese section, such as Jinsi Sanzi, Tangmaya, Tangmaye, fried pastries, and mung bean cakes. The chef even enthusiastically introduced these local delicacies to me. And of course, there were other Ningxia specialties like lamb soup, lamb pies, beef buns, and goji berry yogurt—I was extremely satisfied. Finally, all the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the housekeeping attendant on the day I checked in. This lady deserves special commendation for her thoughtful and warm service. The front desk even accommodated my request to keep a room key card, specially giving me a pristine commemorative card. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Ningxia Museum. The JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me. Yinchuan truly is a beautiful and friendly city."

"This hotel is perfect . I love it The rooms are super cozy and staff are very service minded . Surroundings is very beautiful & quiet and in evening can enjoy the scenery in the cultural city Nearby is coco park ( mall ) and otherwise it’s easy get a didi from the road ."

"Of all the camps in the area to choose from I highly recommend staying at this particular one. The manager Wang Shiquan and his team are incredibly good hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. As a foreigner I felt incredibly welcomed and included. The tents are of really good quality and very roomy. The beds are really comfy too. The activities are also plentiful with quad biking, camel riding and sandboarding. Shapotou is very close by too with much to do. Ningxia is definitely an underrated province and I highly recommend anyone to come and see it and experience the kind hospitality of it's people from this camp. Thank you for a great stay."

"Staying here felt just like home, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to the front desk staff, Ms. Li, Ms. Cai, and Mr. Sun Wu, who were incredibly thoughtful and skilled at resolving any issues. We're very grateful for their warm welcome and attentiveness! The hotel's services across the board were excellent, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious food. "This hotel has some standout positives: 1. It's a relatively new hotel, so the facilities are top-notch and the decor is really tasteful. 2. The breakfast included in the package and the complimentary drinks were both great. The ginger-flavored soda was a particular highlight for me. 3. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. When I couldn't find the car park upon arrival, the lady at the front desk gave me such detailed and patient directions, she was like a human GPS! However, there are a couple of downsides: 1. There's still a slight 'new renovation' smell in the room. It would be great if they provided an air purifier. 2. The laundry room management is a bit chaotic. My clothes were taken out of the dryer before they were even finished! I'd suggest putting up more prominent notices, installing a camera, and providing some clean laundry bags in the laundry room."

"The Mars Cabin was incredibly comfortable and clean, with a full range of children's amenities, making it perfect for families. The hotel's personalized service was excellent. My child was just over 1.2 meters tall, but the hotel didn't charge extra. There were plenty of activities, so we never got bored. A special thanks to our butler, Xiao Zhao, who basically responded to our WeChat messages instantly. Whenever we needed a shuttle, he'd arrange it within 5 minutes. When I was leaving the hotel, my car accidentally got stuck in a sand pit. Under the scorching midday sun, Butler Xiao Zhao spent over an hour tirelessly helping me – putting down planks, shoveling sand, pushing the car, and finally coordinating the hotel's tow truck, even though my rental car didn't even have a tow hook (a note to Shenzhou Car Rental: provide cars with tow hooks!). He finally got my car out."

"Facilities: The room was absolutely superb! There were three of us adults and three children, and it had exactly three beds, plus everything else we needed. Such great value for money! Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy. Even though it's in the desert, there wasn't a single grain of sand inside. Environment: The environment was fantastic! There were 'bubble' tents set up, free sandboards, and even sand-digging tools. They thoughtfully put up a canopy over the sand-digging area. Service: The owner's service attitude was truly exceptional. This trip was amazing, everyone we met was so kind. I highly recommend this place; the overall value for money is excellent. Round-trip shuttle from desert entrance to hotel: The owner herself came to pick us up and even helped us with our luggage. As a fellow woman, I have to admire her – she just effortlessly picked up the bags! Desert bonfire party & fireworks show: It was during the Dragon Boat Festival, so it was incredibly crowded. The bonfire party was brilliant, a really great experience."
