Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est très professionnel, bienveillant et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité du service. L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, que ce soit dans les chambres ou dans les parties communes comme les toilettes de l’accueil. Notre chambre, bien que légèrement petite, était parfaitement adaptée pour un couple. Elle sentait très bon et le ménage était impeccable. Petit plus très appréciable : les prises bien réparties dans la chambre, très pratiques ! Le petit déjeuner était copieux, varié, avec un excellent café. Un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée. Nous espérons sincèrement que cette belle dynamique sera maintenue dans le temps. Merci pour ce séjour parfait !

The hotel facilities are generally relatively new, but the quality of the service staff varies, and individual staff have bad attitudes. In addition, there were no towels in the room. I asked for towels to be delivered at night. After urging many times, they were not delivered until the next morning.

we were two friends having two rooms and were staying during Ramadan, so we were the only guests there I guess.. they took care of us so well, we were very satisfied and will stay again in the near future

There are few types of breakfast. The price of the buffet in the evening is the same as that of the Sheraton next door. The dishes are much different. Drinks at the buffet are charged separately. The only relief is that I chose a sea view room and relied on the sea to survive the past few days.
