Hi :very friendly and helpful staff .wonderful BKFAST a bove all very professional on there business. After 35 ahowr flight get to hotel at 23.45 I checked in and get to my room find out the AC miking load nose. So I turned it off and next morning going for breakfast told desk abut it. And very nicely she said we look in to it if nut fixed we change your room. So AC fixed and I was happy for staying in the same room. Here it comes very nice surprise at 5pm some one knocking my door a piece wonderful delicious chocolate mousse with nice presentation. Because of the problem I had earlier with AC .That's how they show their professionalism. Thank you and I will come again
