Considering the price point for Fiji, the accommodation was standard, and I appreciated the bug-proof strips under the room doors. The pool with a slide was a fun bonus. The restaurant food was surprisingly good, and even though there were only one or two servers for orders and delivery, one male staff member was particularly excellent. The three kitchen staff were also very friendly. The location is super convenient for the airport, just a ten-minute walk. You don't hear much airplane noise inside the rooms, but if you're outside when a plane takes off, you'll definitely smell what I assume is exhaust or jet fuel. They offer a free 24-hour airport shuttle, and if you prefer a taxi, there's a taxi company stationed at the front desk, making it easy to hail a cab.
Where do you start. Greeted us with sincerity and had bn upgraded. The Bures were beautiful, everything you need. But could have used a bigger fridge .Gardens were immaculate. Staff were amazing, kind, genuinely friendly. Went out of their way to know our names. At dinner we were welcomed with their welcome song. We stayed twice. We had already booked our timeshare for our second week and were very sad to leave. All the staff came together to sing Fijis good bye song ‘Isa Lei’ which brought tears to our eyes. Only spent three nights at our timeshare and rang Crusoes to say we were coming back. They welcomed us back with open arms. Snorkeling was great. Activities were pre organized for the next day. We loved every moment and we will def be coming back next year. We made lifelong friends
Such a great customer service. I booked a room with a king bed and by mistake i was given a room with 2 single beds. The team quickly responded and upgraded me to a ocean view room with a king bed for free. Their breakfast was awsome. I loved every second of my stay. And hats off to the fijian guy at the entrance. I forgot his name. He was so helpfull carrying everyones bags and showing them their rooms and he always had a smile on his face. Definetly will stay again.
It’s the best resort we have stayed in Fiji, large resort space, very well maintained, super nice staffs, especially our butlers. Easy check in and out.
Very interesting daily activities.
We will definitely going back to it again.

I don’t think I will return
Great location as base on the Coral Coast. Express bus from Nadi airport will drop you off literally out front. Front desk staff and manager were outstanding. Super friendly and accommodating to any request. Nice pool with cabana in enclosed courtyard. Nice Fijian Indian fusion restaurant in the same building. Also pizza place that we did not try. Walking distance to many restaurants along the beach.
Very convenient location to the airport and delicious food in the restaurant. A bus stop near the hotel also helps a lot to explore the surroundings by yourself. The staff are friendly. You need to get used to using WiFi in the lobby though if you don't want to pay for it in your room.
Recommend for 1 or 2 days ”transit” stay
The location was excellent, and the cleanliness was great however I did see the white sheets were not as clean at all. I advised the staff to clean my room when I came back to the room I could see that they only made the bed but the same dirty sheets were used they did not even change the sheets so that was very disappointing. What also was disappointing, I ordered a Veg Pasta on one of my nights for dinner and within 5 mins I called upon the staff to advise that the Veg Pasta was not great at all however no apology or acknowledgement was made. They didn't even offer to make another dish for me or compensate another dish for me instead they charged me the whole amount which I paid for. So that was disappointing. The rest of the stay was great no issues
The hotel was clean and the pool right in front of our room was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was lavish, with local foods and classics like scrambled eggs and sausages. We arrived in Nadi at 4:30 AM local time and took a bus to the hotel, arriving around 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM. Although check-in was listed as 2:00 PM, the front desk staff told us we could check in already, so we were able to enter the hotel even though it was early in the morning. The service was excellent. Amenities like toothbrushes and moisturizing creams were not provided. The location is in Lautoka, away from the tourist areas, but there were no other negative aspects. The view from the hotel and everything else was excellent.

GGuest UserRoom was absolutely nothing special, very sterile, quick to forget you’re in Fiji. The roof top pool - STUNNING. It was windy and a bit chilly when I stayed but the pool water wasn’t too cold, there were some people swimming. Room was clean and bed was actually pretty comfy. The shower was big which was nice. The rest of the hotel feel outdated. The food was decent and breakfast was nice. They had good options for vegetarians.
ZZhangzuxun1. It is relatively close to the airport, about 3 kilometers, and a taxi is about 20 Fijian dollars.
2. The internal environment of the hotel is good, and the guest rooms are equivalent to single-story townhouses.
3. There is a large outdoor swimming pool, but there was no water and it was not open during this check-in.
4. There is no restaurant. Meals need to be eaten at the coffee bar outside. There are no other restaurants nearby.
5. There is no drinking water or shampoo or shower gel in the room.
In short, it feels like it’s just a place to sleep.
SsereleaThe room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a villa, so there were a lot of locks, which was confusing. The back door was out of place and couldn't be opened or closed.
The sea is shallow and very good for walking! The staff were also friendly. It was wonderful to have a welcome drink while watching the sunset.
It's a shame that the access is not good, but it's worth staying!
I told them that I couldn't eat breakfast the next day because of a remote island tour I had booked, so they gave me a lunch box. In the morning, when I went to the restaurant to get my lunch box, the chef didn't understand what I said, so he made it for me in a hurry. There was only enough for four people instead of five, but I was grateful that they made it early in the morning because I had asked for something.

EEmanuel ChowWe stayed with Hilton Fiji for our Christmas celebration . We were welcomed with good room service, Christmas cookies, surrounded by nice restaurants and water sport. Awesome live music is played at the restaurant during the weekend night when we were there.
Llp_948Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers a very pleasant setting. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention to the staff, who are always present, smiling, and genuinely willing to help at any time, their service is definitely a strong point of this hotel.
However, there was a significant issue regarding the room booking. I had reserved a room with an ocean view, and the photos clearly showed this. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room set far back, with no real ocean view. After speaking with reception, I was told that the photos were inaccurate and that the issue came from Trip. Regardless of whether this is the responsibility of the platform or the hotel, this situation is simply not professional and creates unnecessary disappointment.
For those specifically looking for a nice ocean view, this may not be the right place. The water itself is not particularly appealing, as it appears green and not very clear.
Access to the hotel is quite unique, as you need to take a small boat (about one minute) to cross from one side to the other, which can be a nice experience but may not suit everyone.
Lastly, if your room is located far from the reception area, you will need to rely on golf car to get around the property. Unfortunately, these are not always readily available, which can be inconvenient.
In summary, the hotel has great potential thanks to its setting and excellent staff, but some aspects, especially booking accuracy and logistics could be significantly improved.
GGuest UserThe Food and Services are both excellent. We order smoked duck breast, Rib eye steak and oysters at Fish Bar, Server is passionate, professional and friendly, especially Sila, she is helpful and kind. She even arranged other member of staff to sing a farewell song for us.
GGuest UserA very VERY strange experience here I must say.. I arrived at the 28 bed dorm room (even though trip.com said it was 10 bed) and there was no sign of any other life in the dorm at all. Most of the beds looked like they had been made months ago and nobody had slept in them since because they were covered in a layer of dust and dirt.. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and they said I’m the only one booked in so I just accepted it as it was. However, later on when I was sitting the bar a member of staff approached me and told me I had been upgraded (because supposedly the dorms weren’t clean due to a big group having checked out yesterday) so I ended up spending two nights in a luxurious Bure, the first night shared with someone else who was booked in for the dorms. The Bure was beautiful and spotless and I am very grateful for the upgrade. The outside shower was also very nice!
The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from! Eggs, sausages, beans, bread, cakes, yogurts, fruit, multiple cereals, tea, coffee and juice, one morning there were pancakes.
The only downsides to this resort is they don’t have any activities or excursions of their own and they direct you to the hotel further along - I did snorkelling there which costs $75 - the whole thing felt rushed in my opinion and the trip wasn’t worth the money. We got barely any time in the water and there was no time to stop and observe anything, seemed like the guys on the boat just wanted to get it all over and done with as fast as possible.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Club Fiji for our entire 5-day visit, and after exploring the area during our stay, we believe it was the best choice in Nadi. Why did we love it?
The location is fantastic — right on the beach (we stayed in a beachfront bure), close to the airport but without any airplane noise. There’s a convenient free shuttle to many activities like the Vau Contemporary Dance performance or a Denarau snorkel cruise, and a taxi to Nadi town costs about 10 FJD.
Our beachfront bure was newly renovated, clean, and had everything we needed — not fancy but comfortable. The beds were made regularly if we weren’t in the room when housekeeping came by.
The grounds are stunning, with beautifully kept gardens and loads of chill-out spots — beach beds under umbrellas, hammocks on palm trees, two pools, and lovely spaces to eat or have a drink.
The service was very personal, with staff always checking if we needed anything. They even have a travel expert on-site to help plan your activities and bookings.
Entertainment happens most nights, ranging from the unique way dinners are served (like Korean grills or beach BBQs) to concerts and local celebrations.
Food-wise, the buffet breakfast is simple but adequate since there are few other options nearby; the à la carte dinner menu is decent, but the special grills are outstanding.
We really loved the authentic Fijian atmosphere here, which felt very different from the typical all-inclusive resorts—it had a feeling you couldn’t find just anywhere in the world.
