Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.
Was a decent room, nice and clean
It wasn't obviously stated that you have to go to the Leeds roomzz branch to pick up your keys beforehand... this is fine if you drive, but having just had a taxi drop us off, we had to get another taxi to another place and back again with all our stuff... wasn't great.
Also wasn't any way of contacting reception to ask for a later check out, no-one answered Sunday and our phone was plugged in but not working so I got locked out at one point with no way back in...
Good hotel and location. Having been asked which slot for breakfast, quite a few items were unavailable in that slot and weren't replenished such as bacon and fruit. Staff did offer something else when asked but there wasn't anything else we wanted.
The room was a bit small; for a family of three with bunk beds, it was just enough for sleeping but had limited living space. They didn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, and there was no kettle, though you could get hot water from the front desk. Breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. Overall, the price was quite affordable, but it fluctuated a lot over a few days.
It was a lovely stay. Breakfast was on promotion at ÂŁ10 per person which was helpful with a large family. Location was in the city centre and close to all venues for the Bradford literature festival. Staff, especially the man at reception was very helpful .

GGuest UserAll of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly during my stay which added to the experience. The hotel is truly lovely and the setting is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed and the views from the rooms and bar were amazing but itâs the high level of customer service that makes me want to return and recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Wakefield.
PPW-JGreat ease of check in with lovely staff,
Really comfortable night sleep and temperature, equipped and clean hotel for solo traveller and helped me store my bags all day :) great price for the quality would definitely stay again!
GGuest UserExcellent hotel and really good to get to the centre .
From checking in early to checking out, everything was superb ! The staff af reception were among the friendliest we have come across.
The room was very clean and a really comfy bed made for an excellent night's sleep.
Breakfast was amazing, and as soon as anything ran out, it was replenished straight away. Choices were really good and excellent quality too
Definitely recommend this hotel, and we'll definitely be back.
Yyuanyuan.Good hotel but have bad experience. As I arrived at the hotel around 22:00 I booked a suite to have a quiet night but at around 4:00am I was woken up by a loud knocking on the door, I don't know how long he had been there, I was very disturbed to see through the peephole a drunken male in a grey blouse on the floor, he kept screaming and banging on the door next to a person in a pink skirt in front of my door , I was very scared and I called the front desk in a hurry and the front desk kicked him out. But I was mentally damaged, I was woken up at 4am by knocking on the door, I was in the hotel alone as a female and my personal mental state was seriously damaged, however the hotel did not give me any feedback either, this night was the worst night of my stay.
GGuest UserWe got put in a very small double bedroom (standard double) but there was barely any room to move about, even the bathroom was tiny. I went and spoke to the manager who was lovely and upgraded us to the executive suite (honeymoon) no extra charge as it was my partners birthday. Absolutely amazing !!
GGuest UserIt was 4 degrees outside and the windows were left open.
The heating system was on max and I could barely feel it, there was also a plug in heater in the room so the hotel obviously know itâs cold in there, but even the portable heater didnât give out much warmth
Room is dated but I expected that for the price, I just didnât anticipate the lack of adequate heating
NNeil CookeNic, clean and comfortable hotel. Ideally situated on the M1 but without the traffic noise. Restaurant a bit limited but thereâs more eating places in the services. Bar is a bit pricey, but the staff are fantastic and a credit to the company
GGuest UserMy 3rd time staying in this hotel this time in room 319 the room was good and bed was comfortable massive bathroom. Only down side to this stay was the fire alarm going off at 6am in the morning. No view from the window and the bathroom door didn't shut as it was hanging off the hinges. But I'd use the hotel again
77917****Overall, it was decent. The breakfast was good and not expensive. The main advantage is its excellent location, right next to the train station, just a few minutes' walk away. The surrounding area is very vibrant and lively at night, with lots of bars, cafes, and even Chinese restaurants. The breakfast area also offers a great view.
