"We were a group of four, and the apartment was spacious. It had a mini-kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It was a super short, 3-minute walk to the Gudauri gondola lift, very close indeed. The Spar supermarket was only a 1-minute walk away, so the location was incredibly convenient. The apartment also came with a locker for storing sports equipment. It was warm inside, with several radiators for heating, plenty of electrical outlets, and a washing machine. The owner handed us the keys and had everything ready for us, and was always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👍
The only minor drawback was the lack of a simple foldable drying rack for clothes. We had to dry everything on the backs of beds and chairs. Such a small thing would have made our stay even more comfortable. 😃"

"If you come to Gudauri to ski, this hotel is not very convenient for those who love skiing. You need to reserve a car with the hotel to go to the ski resort. The journey takes about 10 minutes. The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite large. The balcony can take pictures of the beautiful scenery of Rizhao Jinshan Mountain. In addition, the restaurant in the hotel is also very good. It is the best restaurant here and the price is not expensive.
Except that the location is not very friendly, everything else is OK.
PS: The hotel page states that there are ski passes and cable cars, but in fact the cable car fees need to be purchased separately at the ski resort."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed for a couple of days, and everything was great. The location is especially convenient for skiing — right next to the hotel there is a slope, and if you go down just a little, you will reach the first ski lift. The view from the window was largely obstructed by the rooftops in front, which was quite disappointing.
There are several cabins in the vicinity; ours was a double cabin equipped with a fridge, an induction cooktop, and a washing machine. These amenities would be great for those who need them, but since we didn't, it felt like we'd made the wrong choice for us.
You'll need to add the host on WeChat prior to arrival, as they won't add you first and don't speak English. We relied heavily on WeChat's excellent translation function. Despite the language barrier, the host was very nice and helpful."

"The most wonderful mountain stay one could wish for. The staff was so polite and helpful that they made the entire experience heartwarming. The location is top-notch—what more could you ask for? Cows grazing, horses running, a green mountain on one side and a snow-capped peak on the other.

"Всё было просто замечательно! Очень приветливые хозяева и персонал, в номерах чисто, номера большие и светлые, удобные кровати. Прекрасное расположение, со стоянкой никаких проблем, до подъемника реально метров триста, но в гору. Но мне 54 и вес за 100, в лыжных ботинках и с лыжами доходил минут за 10 :) Спускался на лыжах. Нормальный континентальный завтрак, голодным не уйдёшь, творог молочка домашние, в общем всё вкусно. В гостинице работает кафе с национальной кухней, тоже всё вкусно, ценник адекватный, единственное мы при заселении не совсем поняли, что желательно заказать заранее, пришлось немного подождать, но это вина не кафе, а наша, так как оно не проходрое, работают под заказ, зато всё свежее и готовят специально для тебя. Но ничего посидели пообщались, в течение часа нам всё приготовили. Так как перевал закрыли пришлось задержаться на сутки, к сожалению не получилось продлить гостиницу, было всё занято, но хозяева договорились и устроили нас в другое место. В общем мы остались очень довольны, спасибо большое хозяевам, в следующий раз приедем сюда же!!!"

"I went here for the view, and I got a wonderful view ! But you have to know the infrastructure is not new, so you have sometimes strange noises, or somes things are worn out. Everything worked fine and I had no problem during my stay, but don't expect a luxury accomodation or you will be disappointed. The lady who welcomed me was nice and helpful. I'll recommend this place, I had a really nice stay here."

"This hotel offers great value for money. Make sure to book their signature rooms – there are only two of them! These signature rooms are in the best location, very spacious, and offer direct views of the mountaintop church. Waking up to the sunlight hitting the church in the morning was absolutely perfect. AAman5 star for facilities, 3 star for service. This lodge has great perks (outdoor Jacuzzi, Sauna, Indoor pool) and this makes it one of the best lodges out in Gudauri. My highlight was using the hot jacuzzi at 9 AM in the morning when it started snowing. The privilege of hot water out in the open was amazing. Breakfast is also decent but live station costs 10 LARI (for e.g Omelette) which came as a surprise to me. A-la-carte menu is well stocked. I especially liked the Shkmeruli in garlic sauce. These perks are from 8 AM - 11 PM.
However, I didn't quite appreciate the service to be honest in general which is why I gave it a low rating. I came during an off season (once the ski season stopped). There were no smiles exchanged at either the reception, restaurant or the house keeping. One would argue that with fewer guests, the quality of service would increase but this instead went downwards. It felt borderline rude as in our country we treat guests with a smile and make sure they feel welcome regardless of it being an off/on season. The only pleasantries we could exchange with were with a middle aged Israeli couple who we met at the pool. Other than that the lodge was pretty much dead in April/May. Our only recourse was to spend the day outside, get back by 6 pm, use the facilities until 10 and then crash to bed.

It was an atmosphere like ”Okomori Stay” that is popular in Japan, and I was able to spend a relaxing time without being disturbed by anyone. When you book a hotel, you will have a rental spa & sauna once a day in addition to breakfast. Dinner can also be used as a restaurant and can enjoy Georgia cuisine matched to the wine of chatomfrani operated nearby.
★ About location
Arrived from Tbilisi in about 40 minutes (about 40 Lari) by taxi.
It is said that the taxi driver does not see in the village, but the cow can walk around and see Georgia without decoration. Moreover, the residents around were only people who felt the temperament of the kind and friendly Georgian.
About 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is Chatem Frani and you can visit the Georgia winery. (Reservation required)
If you wish, you can ask the reception to make a reservation at arrival.
You can also sightsee Mutsuheta by using a taxi. (about 30 Lali)
★ About Service
The reception is very kind and will answer any requests. In addition, cleaning is done carefully, and the hall and terrace are always in good condition.
I also used the restaurant at dinner, but it is recommended to use it once because it is seasoned well with the wine of Chatomfrani with the baptized taste.
The sauna is Finnish style and it feels good to be able to raise the room temperature by yourself. The spa has a bath and a cold bath, so it is good to use it after entering the sauna.
As a recommendation, check in early. I would like you to enjoy the spa, restaurants, and Chatomfrani wines and make your stay luxurious.

Environment: The mountain view room is set, you can see the snow-capped mountains and the Trinity Church from the balcony of the room, of course, it depends on the weather, if there is fog, you can't see anything.
Facilities: Everything is acceptable for the price/performance ratio. The fly in the ointment is that the bathroom does not separate dry and wet, resulting in a bit slippery in the toilet. I hope that non-slip slippers can be provided.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent!!! We brought red wine but didn't have a corkscrew, and the staff at the cottage went out of their way to buy one and gave it to us for free.
Although it was raining, the cottage was warm and cozy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The location is great, with its own lawn and outdoor relaxation area—a very comfortable environment. There's also a communal kitchen available, which was very convenient for heating up our own milk and biscuits in the morning.

MM39569****This was the first guesthouse I chose in Kazbekistan. The location was actually quite good; it was very close to the minibus station and other public transportation hubs, about a 10-minute walk. There was also a market nearby, seemingly unremarkable from the outside, perched on a high platform. Many tourists bought food and water there because there weren't many restaurants, making it difficult to choose. The main advantage was the location. Lying in bed watching the sky slowly turn red and rise was incredibly pleasant.
This place didn't have an elevator, and the soundproofing was terrible. With guests checking in at night and early risers in the morning, you could hear a lot of noise, waking me up. You can't expect too much from a guesthouse.
