A few minutes of walk to the domestic terminal. A few more minutes if you are coming from / heading to the international terminal. The room was in general decent. Nice bed and furniture. However, we were unlucky to have some really noisy customers staying next door and they chatted very loudly at very late night which disturbed our sleep. They only stopped after we sought help but then they did it again and we had to seek help again. The hotel probably needs to do some work re the walls between the rooms.
2nd time staying here after 6 months because was very satisfied during my 1st stay.
Overall is still very clean, other than I found lots of hair strands on the carpet (that doesn't belong to me).
Room cleaning of 3rd night was done around 8pm which is very late.
Staff is very polite
Many food options nearby if you take a grab
Nice cafes down stairs
My friend enjoyed the arcade that open until midnight
Very nice room and spacious, breakfast spread was great too and cooked very good sunny side up eggs.
Forgotten to return my hotel card but I will be back next month again and stay at same hotel and also return the room key.
I stayed here with my family for a New Year's Eve trip to explore the PIK 2 area. We had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly generous; since the room type I originally booked wasn't available, they upgraded us to a higher-level room and included free breakfast, which was a wonderful surprise.
The vibe is very traditional Chinese, so it feels very welcoming for Chinese travelers or anyone who appreciates the culture. The room itself felt brand new, spacious, and very clean. It’s also quite modern—we loved the voice control feature for the lights and curtains!
Small details made the difference: we got welcome drinks and even free mochi ice cream in the lobby. There is also free flow mineral water in the hallway and the drinks in the in-room minibar were free.
For breakfast, don't expect a massive international buffet like in huge hotels, but the selection is decent. It focuses on authentic Chinese dishes, which gave us a nice chance to try something different.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in PIK2!
Whenever it's a weekend or a public holiday, Tokyo gets incredibly busy, with so many people that even phone signals become weak. Luckily, this hotel has Wi-Fi, otherwise, I wouldn't be able to use my phone at all in the room.
Had a great stay at Model J Hotel Airport. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near the airport, which made travelling very easy. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was big and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!
The best value accomodation in the area. We had a family event nearby for about 10 days and it couldn't be any better.
The room is perfect depsite the small size, its loaded with some of 5 star hotel I went in my recent years: two single bed, a mini fridge, a smart tv, and best of all; hot and cold shower
The highlight was the service, housekeeping, cleanliness, and the interior. Very attentive and the controllables are spot on.
Soundproofing can be better with hallway noises can be heard early morning and late nights. Similarly, inventory control can be improved too. Checked in around 4pm and was advised that room wasn’t ready. Understood that it’s a fully booked weekend and the system could’ve been improved.
However, the hospitality and service more than make it up for the non controllables.
I spent two nights. With my baby , I forgot my charger there and when I called they said that they didn't see it. The bathroom door wasn't that clean. Apart from that all good

GGuest UserI recently stayed at d'primahotel Tangerang and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers.
One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods.
The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable.
There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone.
Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again.
AAishah IshakStaffs are super friendly and nice! The customer service/receptionist will WhatsApp you to check if everything is okay. You can just call and ask them for anything within their means. Breakfast buffet was good too, a lil downside is the location of the hotel. If you’re coming from City of Jakarta, it will be quite jam if you move out at the wrong timing. But I’ll totally come back coz the hotel is located beside a mall & the big Sea Aquarium! Love it!
Aannisa fitri sabrinaSeruu.. Activity for kids n adult buanyaaak bgt.. kolamnya luas, ada perosotan besar, kamarnya luar dan bersiih.. breakfast nya enak, staffnya ramah, akses kemana -mana dekat.., best lah pokoknya
Iisni indrianiThe hotel offers comprehensive facilities, a large swimming pool, and beautiful scenery. The service is satisfying, but you need to drive to the beach. The breakfast options are limited and somewhat basic for a four-star hotel.
GGuest UserThe only reason anyone would want to stay here is the fact that it's very close to the airport. I stayed at this hotel after nearly 15 years. The property does not seem to have aged very well over the years. While the staff were very attentive, check-in was efficient, airport shuttle driver messaged on WhatsApp that he was waiting to pick me up, breakfast spread and service was good. But on the downside the room stay was far from comfortable. Rooms and furniture look old and dated. The waking passages to the room have flooring in poor condition - broken and uneven in places. The room had a very bad musty smell that did not go away even with the AC on. The AC duct placement is not good - it points straight at the bed so you have cold air blowing straight at you - not comfortable. And lastly the (so called garden view) room that I was allocated was in a really bad location. It had a road running beside it and beyond that one of the airport tarmacs. All night you could hear loud noises of passing trucks or small motorbikes and every hour or so if an aircraft rolled by there was this loud rumble and whine of heavy duty aircraft engines running as the plane slowly made it's way across. If you see the attached picture the circle on the left is the hotel property and the circle on the right shows an aircraft that passes by along one side of the hotel property that can be heard rather loudly in rooms facing that side. And in the middle passes a road with trucks and small motor bikes passing all night. Not a good location at all if your room faces that way with non-insulated thin glass windows. Next time if needed I will venture staying at another airport hotel property not too far away.
GGuest UserThe room was quite clean, but I happened to get a room where the AC was leaking. Since it was already late, I didn't feel like calling hotel staff, so I just used the floor towel from the bathroom to catch the drips.
YYonghuyizhuxiao_1705The hotel room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The bedding might have been used for a while as there were yellow stains. The chairs weren't very clean either.
It's right next to the exhibition hall. The good thing is you can get there in 3 minutes. The downside is that if there's an event at the hall, it starts getting noisy from 4 AM, and sometimes there's construction at night. Out of 6 nights, I only had 3 good nights' sleep. The motorcycle noise outside is also very loud, which seems to be a city characteristic and not the hotel's fault.
Overall, I'm satisfied.
GGuest UserThe room type is pretty good, and the hygiene is acceptable. The only problem is that you need to get the key from the box downstairs. Overall, it is pretty good, and the price-performance ratio is okay. It is relatively convenient to eat, drink and shop, and there is a business district downstairs.
TTheosofieQuick check in, good room size. I got good open view and near to a food court and convenient store just outside 2 minutes walking distance.
Easy check out with great choice of breakfast buffet. Free airport shuttle service and on time.
GGuest UserThe decor style is just terrible, and the hot water for the shower is equally bad – it only lasts for about three minutes. If you have long hair, I'd suggest not washing it here, as there simply isn't enough hot water. There's no hairdryer either. The toilet doesn't flush properly, and the sink drain is also broken. Also, why is the smoking room right next to the lobby? Every time I walk past, it stinks!
