The room is good, only the parking is a little bit difficult to park since it was too small. Located on the city centre so no worries about finding restaurant and so on

I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Luwuk as a solo traveller. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every time I went out. i also tried the hotel spa and it was amazing. the massage therapist, Nonie, has great skills and the massage was truly relaxing. Overall, the hotel has a cozy and calming atmosphere, perfect for rest after exploring Luwuk. If I ever return to Luwuk, I will definitely stay at Swiss-Belhotel again.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, recently found a cockroach in the room. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. And today the breakfast service was also disappointing because the restaurant staff did not allow take away food even though the breakfast quota was for 2 people and only one was used. Please pay more attention to the breakfast service for customers who are staying. Thank you.

One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.

It is one of the newest hotel in Palu. It is a great concept but average execution. Hotel visions as like the boutique hotel in French. European Classic type. I have twin room type one night stay and deluxe queen the next day . The twin room felt full packed of furniture and make no space to move around. Towels and bed are new so it was nice. The shower however was not enjoyable. Water flow out was terrible  with no door make water flood out of the shower box. Inside the shower box, only found a bottle of body wash (but no label) and no shampoo. Breakfast is average, open kitchen is a bit noisy. Sofa tables are rarely used because of table high position makes no sense when eating.

I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The room is very large, and if you are a couple, you can change clothes at the blind spot. Please ask for towels because they will bring you if you ask. TV only shows net TV. Cost performance is good and recommended.

The hotel is right by the sea, the restaurant location and view are very good, you can see the sea and the swimming pool, the top floor terrace in Figure 4 can enjoy the sunset 🌅, very recommended! Breakfast is not bad, worthy of this price!
