I stayed in one of the older Garden Rooms, and it was quite nice. While the facilities are a bit dated, it was perfectly acceptable. The new rooms only opened in February, and I was worried about potential new-room smells, so I opted for this one instead.
The breakfast was my favorite – very extensive and delicious. The dinner a la carte was also good value for money. Although the service was a bit slow, it showed that they weren't using pre-made dishes.
Good location with a lot good food around. Requested non smoking room, but when check in they said not available. End up stay in twin bed room with non sea view for first night and move to another room the next day (book for queen room with sea view).
This is definitely the best resort in Manado. Although it is a little far from the city (but the absolutely beautiful sea view must be far from the city), it has its own pier and dive shop. Who knows my family, why there are no Chinese people staying here.
I went to stay at 2 pm, and I arrived more than an hour early. There were welcome drinks and sandwiches (I really didn't expect sandwiches), which was very considerate. The resort is small but very beautiful, with a very, very good sunset, and saw the blues moment. I booked a waterfront room, and the sea is right outside the door. It was suffocating. Where can I find such a room at this price! ! ! And the room is very large. I didn't take a photo of the shower area. It was clean and large, and the decoration was unique. (Can you take a new photo of the official website? Your resort is amazing, and the photos in Ctrip are too ugly)
Dinner starts at 7 o'clock. Because it is far from the city, I basically choose to eat in the hotel. The price is OK and the taste is OK. After all, I am really not used to the dishes in Manado, but this one is OK.
This must be a great resort for divers. It has its own dive shop, its own speedboat, and daily dive site itinerary. It really exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come to Cocotinos again next time I come to Manado.
The staff said that their boss is Italian, and he wrote me a handwritten thank-you letter when I left💌This kind of service is really touching. I hope your business will get better and better. Friends who come to Manado to dive should take a look at this store💗100 points recommended
the room is super clean, breakfast also delicious, the location is nice, the view also nice, can watch sea from the window. the service is also nice, the people also super nice. only the elevator is kinda difficult because is super busy and long wait. but overall my experience staying in Best Western is super comfortable.
Bobocabin is the ideal getaway for anybody wishing to unwind and get in touch with nature. I'm eager to go back and heartily suggest it to anybody looking for a tranquil and restorative getaway. The food is good, they also offered us bonfire and marshmallow (was so good). Our cabin also facing to the sunset, totally beautifull...
Comfortable Luxury Stay with a Fantastic Pool Experience
My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado was overall a very satisfying experience. While there were a few minor shortcomings considering the hotel’s price range and brand level—such as the absence of a hairdryer in the room—the overall quality of the stay more than made up for it.
The room itself was quiet and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression.
One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience.
The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality.
Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado.
Good location, fine rooms. Love the breakfast - a lot of options, awesome quality of foods, but there is no coffeemachine there. Rooftop pool with great view was dirty. Recommend it if you need city base for your nearby adventures or just transit.
Good transit hotel, but they don't provide airport pick-ups. Everything worked well. The rooms were spacious. I didn't try the breakfast. The staff was friendly.
Staff at the front desk, at breakfast and roomservice are very helpful and kind.
They're very thrifty on giving towels though.
Only 1 big towel per person, so 2 big towels per room. While there is no shower curtain in the bathroom water goes all over the place so the floor gets wet.
No small towel to put on the floor. When asked for more towels they would give you only 1 small towel. Asking for 2 towels seems to be a problem.
Overall maintenance is really necessary in bathrooms even some beds.
However, again, very nice hotel, breakfast is good. Across the hotel there is a supermarket and 2 restaurants.

MMukhlasinI recently stayed at Favehotel Bitung and had a very good experience overall. This hotel is a solid choice if you’re traveling for business, transit, or even a short getaway in Bitung. It offers great value with clean facilities, helpful staff, and a strategic location.
🌟 Highlights:
Location: Centrally located in Bitung, the hotel is close to the main roads, local eateries, shops, and other key points in the city. It’s very convenient for both business travelers and casual guests.
Room: The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. I stayed in a [insert room type], and it had all the essentials—comfortable bed, working desk, AC, good lighting, and reliable Wi-Fi.
Staff & Service: The team at the front desk were friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any request was handled quickly.
Facilities: There’s a restaurant on-site which is helpful, especially if you arrive late or don’t want to go far for food. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The meeting room facilities also looked well-prepared for business functions.

JJosi22I would definitely return to such a peaceful and magical place. We spontaneously booked a morning trek through Tangkoko National Park, which was actually quite affordable, and we were able to see all the animals we had hoped for. The people there are very kind and helpful – thank you for this wonderful experience! The rooms were great, clean, and everything was perfect. However, we decided to eat out since the food options were limited and quite expensive. Nevertheless, it was an amazing experience overall, and we would have loved to stay longer. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
GGuest UserThe room is clean, the bedding is good, and the sleep is very comfortable. It is much better than Sheraton. The location is not as good as Sheraton, but it is also very convenient to take a taxi.
AAnonymous UserThe room is spacious. But it doesn't matter, the taste is still good, I ordered it many times. The room is spacious. But it doesn't matter, the taste is still good, there are restaurants nearby that meet the needs of Chinese people
Iirene tanVery natural coconut wood bungalows. The two rooms are adjacent to each other, forming a terrace with tables and chairs, which can be shared. The short family vacation is really fun. The air is very clean. The hotel facilities are very complete. There is a water heater. The superior room does not have a refrigerator. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Recommend a leisure hotel.
Cchunwa88The environment of this place is OK, but the location is relatively remote. The overall room is acceptable. It is a bit darker. There is breakfast and the swimming pool is far away. It takes 5 minutes to walk. This is a bit not very good.
