Good hotel at a convenient location. However, we were quite disappointed with the room allotted - it was the corner-most room in the deluxe category (room 109) & it was extremely congested (seemed like the space was forcefully utilised to fit in a room). Other rooms on the same floor of the same category were quite well spaced and airy. Our room’s balcony was also half the size in comparison. Rooms in the same category with the same price should not have such a difference in look and feel.

”I recently stayed at Hotel Justa Palampur and had a wonderful experience. We booked three rooms, and from the moment we arrived, Sunil at the reception made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Shalini was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, with excellent service and friendly assistance. Housekeeping was thorough and ensured our rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well-equipped, making for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend Hotel Justa Palampur for anyone visiting the area!”

I am very impressed with Infinitea Centric Dharamshala Hotel. The moment you open the room door, it senses your body temperature and the power on by itself. The design of the hotel very modern, excellent service, clean, staffs are superb friendly and their services behaviors 5 star rating. The food are excellent good. The view was breath taking you can see close up for the Mountains. Amazing Beautiful

GGuest UserWe stayed in a deluxe room for 2 days. Room & washroom were exceptionally clean. Geyser and heater were working very well. Quality of bed, linen, furniture all were very good. Location is close to mall road but an extremely stiff climb which will be difficult for most people who are not supremely fit physically. There are many steps to climb in the hotel itself where there is no lift. View: mall road and valley below is visible partly but in our room a big tree obstructed what would have been a great place to watch sunset. Restaurant: is available as also food ordered by room service but we ate in the several restaurants in mall road like chopsticks, alfa, book cafe etc, so cannot comment on food quality. Service: of personnel is nice and responsive. We asked for mattress, they provided folding bed with all bedding & blanket. Overall excellent hotel but the steep climb is a dampener.

NNisargYalakhom is situated at a remote yet accessible village in Himachal Pradesh called - Kalgha. Kalgha comes in the way to Kheerganga Trek, so those who are planning to go for the trek may consider staying at Yalakhom, as it is a great place to rewind and relax. I stayed at Yalakhom in the first week of June, the weather was pleasant and the rains made my stay even more pleasurable. When you will be at Yalakhom there won’t be any view you could take your eyes off.
The people managing the homestay are also great. They take their time in cooking food, but they will serve you the freshest food possible with wide variety to choose from, that too at such a remote place. The wonderful folks at Yalakhom also offer accompanied guidance for treks, however I wasn’t aware of this until my final day at Yalakhom, so I couldn’t make use of the same. Pemba bhai, Agrimji, Resham bhai and Yangzee didi must be specifically mentioned. They will accomodate you as you are their friend, while respecting your privacy at the same time.
I highly recommend Yalakhom notwithstanding your purpose of vacation, be it trekking or taking a peaceful break at the Himalayas.

Nnawab36085We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Fortune Park Kufri. The hotel sits beautifully on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayan range that we could enjoy directly from our room window. The location is peaceful and scenic, and it’s conveniently not too far from Shimla — making it easy to reach the town by taxi or private car whenever we wanted.
The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with those lovely hill views adding a special touch every morning. Cleanliness was outstanding; the entire property was spotless and felt very fresh.
The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. They took care of our requests promptly and made us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a highlight — it offered good variety and was prepared with fresh ingredients every day.
Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. We highly recommend Fortune Park Kufri for anyone seeking a tranquil stay near Shimla with great service and beautiful surroundings. We would love to return!

The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India.
The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing.
There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression.
Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff.
All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

GGuest UserAwesome stay, great food. I have travel-led across himachal and north indian food here is the best. This is a repeated stay and as always staff was super helpful and courteous. Rooms are cosy and quite giving restful sleep. Special thanks to sahil for going out of the way and sharing helpful trips and contacts for nearby attractions for a hassle-free blessed trip and darshan at nearby shaktipeeth.

JJanetwyhThe check-in was fast and informative, he confirmed the cab booking to the airport and the price for us by calling to our room, which is very fast too. The bellboy helped us with the luggages and explained the use of hot water, TV and air-conditioning with heater. The room is comfortable and the night views from the balcony was the best. Chairs are provided at the balcony. The room have mini fridge and water boiler, room slippers, clean towels. The bed sheet look worn out but they are clean. The restaurant food are great, we ordered Kadhai Chicken and Gobhi Adraki and we can't help having more serving of Tawa roti to eat with. The mountain view at the restaurant balcony is breathtaking. As our flight was 8.50am, we don't have time for our breakfast, the staff was so wonderful to prepare sandwiches and juices to go. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay.

GGuest Userstay was awesome and food also good & tasty. and specially thanks to Mr. Bobo and receptionist gir in don't know her name but .both have very good behaviour and they was very helpful. only I have 2 point just for suggestion you have to foucused on maintenance in the room coz door manual lock is too hard & AC was not working and I called in night 2 time on reception but no one come to fix this issue. overall everything was awesome with Hill River Resort . thankyou

And I would like to share my experience with the housekeeping staffs Mr Bappa ,mr.ankit,mr gaddu,mr.nilesh, mr.aman. they all were very friendly ,& helpful person thank you so much for making my stay more comfortable.The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. I appreciated how the bed was made neatly each day, and the bathroom was spotless.
The housekeeping team did a great job of restocking supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. I noticed that they also took care to arrange my personal items thoughtfully.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the housekeeping services during my stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!
