"(+) Had a comfortable 2-night stay here. The lobby and lounge are very comfy, our room was spacious with a nice view of Aomori city and the sea! Would recommend guests to check-in before 5PM so you can try several apple juices from the lounge. Breakfast was great with many local dishes including the famous Kaiyaki-miso and Ika-menchi. The staff were very nice, professional, and accommodating. Would love to stay here again next time. Parking space is also a plus point (1,000 JPY/ night) (-) The location is somewhat far from the station, 20 mins by foot or 5 mins by car. Taking a taxi from Aomori station costed us about 1,100 JPY."

"Booked a 20 meter square twin bed room at the very last minute - yet the room was much more spacious than I’ve had imagined and the hotel was very welcoming with free welcome drinks and breakfast, under such an economic price. Highly recommended, especially for those who wish to stay near to Hachinohe Station for easy taking of Shinkansen."

"Hotel Relabo boasts an excellent location right next to the JR station. You can take an elevator directly from the station's third floor, via a connecting passage, to the hotel's reception on the fourth floor – super convenient! A highlight of the hotel is its hot springs, and they also offer yoga activities, though we didn't participate since we don't speak Japanese. Guests staying at the hotel can enjoy the hot springs for free. Female guests are escorted into the bathhouse by staff, which feels very safe. After a relaxing soak, you can grab an ice pop or head to the observation deck to enjoy some biscuits and apple juice while taking in the views – truly the essence of a laid-back vacation. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly during breakfast, which was Western-style and absolutely delicious."

"This hotel is located near Chuo Hirosaki Station, but it's not particularly close to either Hirosaki Station or Hirosaki Park; both are a 15 to 20-minute walk away. The hotel's Japanese name is Hirosaki Park Hotate, which was mistranslated from Japanese to English and then to Chinese on Ctrip, leading to some confusion 😅. Getting back to the hotel itself, it has an old-money vibe. The front desk is on the third floor, and you have to take two escalators up upon entering, which always feels like an 'ascension' every time I return. The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom with its three-piece suite was tiny, and the bathtub was minuscule. One pleasant surprise was the unbeatable view of Mount Iwaki from the higher floors."

"I've always been a fan of the Daiwa Roynet brand, having stayed at their hotels in Kyoto, Kobe, Aomori, and other cities. This time, I accidentally left my iPad at the hotel. Trip.com staff were very proactive in helping me contact them, and the hotel was also very responsive, agreeing to arrange shipment after the Japanese holidays. I hope to receive my iPad smoothly."

"We stayed for 5 nights and were very satisfied with the value for money. We experienced the family bath and hot springs, and booked two rooms that included breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed delicious Japanese food every day. The problem arose on the last day during breakfast. About 10 minutes before the 9 AM closing time, my mother, trying to be considerate of the restaurant staff, poured her remaining coffee into a paper cup, intending for our family of four to clear our dishes and leave. At that moment, an old man, leaning with both hands on the kitchen counter, loudly shouted something unintelligible at us. Our entire family was startled, confused, and didn't understand what he was saying. As foreigners who don't speak Japanese, we couldn't comprehend him. After hearing him repeatedly shout loudly, we guessed we should pour the coffee back into the cup and left. Other guests were present, and this experience was the worst, ruining our family's impression of Japan. Shortly after, we tried to ask the old man about it, but he pretended not to understand English and avoided conversation, retreating into the kitchen. If there's a communication barrier, they should use a friendly translation app or clearly guide guests with actions instead of a kitchen staff member standing like a king with arms outstretched, shouting. Also, it was uncomfortable to have restaurant staff constantly watching how many plates people took, probably because individual dishes were served one by one. It's been a while since our trip ended, but that incident still pops into my mind. My family also talks about it. I hope they don't ruin tourists' enjoyable trips with rigid and inappropriate behavior. We felt disrespected as foreigners. I briefly explained this to the front desk using a translator, and a female staff member repeatedly offered polite apologies. Due to our departure schedule, we couldn't speak with the old man again or receive an apology, which is probably why we won't be returning to Japan."

"Wonderful ski-in and ski-out location at Aomori Spring Ski Resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, with dedicated ski lockers for each guest. Food was a catered buffet which I feel can be improved. The dishes weren't particular delicious but neither was it bad, just mediocre. If you have a chance to book the Sukiyaki meal, please do! It has an additional fee but is totally worth it."

We were assigned a high-floor room on the 12th floor with a beautiful ocean view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is well-equipped with excellent hot spring facilities, including both indoor and outdoor baths as well as a sauna — a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Aomori. Hotel breakfast is delicious and many choices. We also appreciated the practical amenities provided. The laundry machines are free to use, with a 30-minute wash cycle. The dryer costs only 100 yen for 20 minutes, which is very convenient for longer stays. The room also features a large, modern TV, and the hair dryer provided is a premium Refa brand, which was a nice touch. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay with great onsen facilities and thoughtful amenities. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Aomori."

"I stayed for consecutive nights on a work and solo trip. The room is very comfortable with no stress even if you are online all day long. I didn't display ”Please clean” with the intention of not cleaning, but the cleaning staff kindly confirmed it and helped me. When I asked for a towel, I was grateful to put it in the bag in the corridor. For dinner, go to the restaurant recommended by the staff. There was also a wonderful encounter with a fun uncle, which was a great memory! I still want to use it."
