The hotel itself has self check in machines that have an English option. They had lots of complimentary amenities on offer in the lobby including different types of teas, skincare products, hair products and bath products. The room itself is your typical business hotel. It was clean, had an all in one bathroom, small desk and air purified and humidifier. The bed was comfy and there was room under the bed to store smaller luggage items. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a convenient budget option

Perhaps the hotel can limit it to restricting only guests with ”tattoo sleeves” or something. Small cute little tattoos all over the body do not necessarily create a negative perception. I have 3 small tattoos on my body and I still went to the onsen nonetheless during non-peak hours, just to be respectful (I was all alone and would have left if it created discomfort for other guests). But love the hotel overall. Highly recommended.

We have had the loveliest of stays here! It is a very friendly hotel, and it felt like an authentic modern Japanese experience. The buffet for dinner and breakfast were amazing, with lots of fresh fish and salads. We were travelling for a special birthday, and the hotel kindly gave us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate, which was a lovely touch! The onsen (sento) was quite an experience. It is separate for men and women, and has a beautiful outdoor pool with views over the bay, which is highly recommended! We had a Mountain View room, but this didn’t detract from the enjoyment at all. There is not really a bar to have pre-dinner drinks, but there is a gift shop which sells beer and wine to enjoy in your room. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d highly recommend it to all travellers!
