"This Hotel Vischio Osaka by JR West is in an absolutely fantastic location! It's just a few minutes' walk from Higobashi subway station, making it super convenient to get to Nakanoshima and the Science Museum. There are tons of restaurants nearby too, so finding a place to eat is a breeze. The hotel itself has a charming retro-luxury vibe, and the rooms are spotless. The in-room dryer is a lifesaver for travelers, and the large windows offer great views and plenty of natural light. Since it opened in 2020, all the facilities are modern and new. It's generally quiet and peaceful. I stayed in a twin room by myself, and there was plenty of space, and the bedding was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were kind and attentive. It offers great value for money, and the flexible free cancellation policy is a bonus. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Osaka's Nishi district. I'll be staying here again!"

"I traveled alone this time and chose this hotel. The location is excellent; from Namba Exit 13, you take the elevator directly to the third floor where the front desk is. There are two self-check-in machines, and you can select Chinese for a smooth check-in process. You can check in after 5 PM, but you can store your luggage and they'll give you a numbered tag. Both the third and fourth floors are part of the hotel and require key card access. Each floor is divided into different rooms, with about 12 beds per room. On the same floor, there are both male and female rooms, so you might encounter people of the opposite sex on your way to the restrooms or showers. On the third floor, the bathing area features a public bath with both cold and hot soaking tubs, a sauna, and a member-exclusive room (don't go into the wrong one!). There's also a restroom, a changing area (for clothes and towels), washbasins, and vanity tables – everything you could need. After walking a lot each day, a soak is very relaxing. Afterwards, there's a water dispenser with room temperature and iced water (no hot water). I stayed on the fourth floor, which has two independent shower rooms. They've thoughtfully provided shower head holders at different heights. The fourth floor also has vanity tables and washbasins, but no stools (the third floor has them). The restroom is next to the washbasins, with a smart toilet that's very clean. You need to change into slippers before entering the restroom. The room size is quite good; a 24-inch suitcase can be fully opened. On the first day, a bath towel, small towel, and pajamas were provided on the bed. The room has three lights and two mirrors. The brightness of all three lights is adjustable, so you can slowly adjust the lighting when you wake up in the morning, avoiding glare. There's a lockable drawer under the bed for use. You can hang clothes next to the mirror, and there are three hangers. My stay experience was excellent. The hotel provides a very comprehensive range of amenities (pajamas, disposable slippers, towels (you can get fresh ones daily), toothbrushes, hair ties, earphone cables, earplugs, combs, razors, etc.). The staff were also wonderful, patiently explaining the bed's location and important information. If I travel alone again, I will definitely choose this hotel!"

"The hotel is located right in front of Dotonbori Street, but it's not a noisy area. There are convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk (1km) from Namba Station, which is manageable when coming from the airport. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast includes bread, drinks, and coffee. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Amenities are self-service on the first floor. You need to request new towels daily. Room cleaning is done once every three nights. The room itself is small, but having experienced even smaller rooms before, this size was acceptable."

"This was my second stay here. The first time, I had a room for two people and it was tiny. This time, I booked a triple room and they upgraded us, which made it much more spacious. The location is super convenient; it's about a 5-6 minute walk from Nihonbashi subway station. Getting to the airport is easy too, as the airport shuttle stop is just a five-minute walk away. Dotonbori is right across the street, and Shinsaibashi is within walking distance. There are also plenty of drugstores nearby for shopping, and a 7-Eleven just a short walk down the street, which is always packed and bustling. The only downside is that the hotel's washing machines are always in use. I tried to use one countless times on my first day, carrying my dirty laundry back and forth, but it was still busy even past 1 AM. I finally managed to use one at 3:30 PM the next day."

"Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email. 호텔을 사용하며 불편함은 없었습니다만 2일 동안 호텔을 사용하며 귀중품(목걸이)를 분실했습니다. 호텔 측과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 글을 남깁니다. 20일 저녁에 책상에 목걸이를 올려두었고 착용하지 않고 21일에 관광지를 돌아다녔습니다. 일행이 목걸이를 챙겼다고 생각하여 체크아웃 이후 챙기지 않은 사실을 알게되어 바로 호텔에 연락했습니다. 호텔 측에서는 확인해본다고 하고 확인해본 결과 없다는 답변 뿐 찾게 되면 따로 연락 준다는 이야기는 받지 못했습니다. 만약 호텔측에서 분실물을 습득하면 제 이메일로 연락주시길 바랍니다. 감사합니다."

"🚎 Commute: Just a 1-minute walk from Ebisucho Station Exit 3 to the hotel! Super convenient! Dotonbori is only two subway stops away, or about a 25-minute walk. Hygiene: I was personally very satisfied, although the air conditioning had a strange smell for the last two days, not sure why. Housekeeping: They bring fresh towels and bottled water every day! Thumbs up! Honestly, I don't use that many towels, haha. They also clean the room and make the bed on the second day of your stay. Bathroom: It's quite compact, but the shower pressure is excellent, making for a refreshing wash. Taller or larger guests might find it a bit inconvenient. 🤓 In summary: The best choice for solo travelers! If I come to Osaka again, I'd recommend staying at this hotel. It's also very quiet at night; I was worried it might be noisy, but it wasn't at all. The guests in the neighboring rooms were all very considerate. 😇 🥹🥹 A wonderful trip to Osaka!"

"The soundproofing is really bad! For three consecutive nights, from early mornings to late nights, I was constantly disturbed by the sound of people running and jumping from the upstairs or adjacent rooms – a constant thumping that severely impacted my sleep quality. I reported it to the hotel on the second morning, and they said they would increase patrols (which didn't actually happen). On the third night, the thumping footsteps were just as loud. Additionally, the hotel has a main door password, but it's not controlled all day. It's only restricted during a specific period; otherwise, anyone can enter and exit the hotel, which makes me worry about security during my stay. On the positive side, the room space is quite large and suitable for families."

"Used the room for 4 nights, the stuff was polite , they informed about changing towels every day but they will clean it up only once during our stay. Room condition is good, toilets and towels very clean. One minus of our room was that it was noisy because of highway. Overall perfect for price. Zoo is located right backside of the hotel. The zoo is definitely must visit place in Osaka!"

"This is my 2nd stay here. Love the cleanliness, the osen which offers multiple pools, the systematic luggage storage/collection process. The best part is the airport limo bus stops right behind the hotel on 2nd floor of the OCAT Building. You don't even need to cross any roads or take any stairs since escalator is available. Simple use the massive underpass walkway to connect to Namba shopping malls like Takashimaya and the famous Shinsaibashi shopping street at exit 10/12. Pls bring luggage w top/front opening as there is limited space. Do not bring 50/50 split luggage. Apart of this, everything else is super great! Oh yah, there are multiple charging sockets from 3-pin, japanese 2 pin, USB. More than enough for usage."
