Modern, new and well renovated hotel located in a busy area that offers many food options within walking distance.
What I found was the basin tap was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked in, and the air con is so noisy that we need to switch it off when we sleep.
The second time I came to Bishkek, I stayed at the Sofia Chinese Hotel. I stayed here when I came last summer. It was good in all aspects.
👉The hotel is quite new, the single bed is quite spacious, and the bedding is comfortable, so I slept very well. The service is very good. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know Russian. The hotel has Chinese staff who know Mandarin. Of course, you can also use the translation to communicate with the local waiters.
👉There is free mineral water, tea and coffee. There is a restaurant downstairs. It is not far from the city center and it is very convenient to go everywhere.
Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

Ironing facilities, free private parking and a business center are available, as well as a 24-hour front desk.
Manas International Airport is 14 miles from the property.
The service was excellent. The front desk lady was a local and spoke fluent Chinese. We spent Mid-Autumn Festival here. The room was provided with fruit, snacks, drinks, and mooncakes. We also dined with the hotel staff that evening. It was a truly enjoyable Mid-Autumn Festival.

The hotel is newly opened, and its hygiene and environmental management are very strict. The rooms are clean, tidy, and brand new. The front desk service and the service quality of the hotel staff are excellent. There are both Chinese and Kyrgyz staff. It's a perfect choice for business travelers from China. I stayed for three nights, and the hotel manager provided one-on-one service via WeChat throughout. They even upgraded my room. It's located near a commercial area with many restaurants, including a Chinese restaurant with generous portions, making dining very convenient. The hotel also provides a refrigerator, microwave, Chinese breakfast, and various other amenities.
Not a bad hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, the room has everything you need. Some rooms have been cosmetically renovated. The number of rooms is small. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything. There are a lot of places near the hotel where you can eat tasty and varied food. WiFi is very weak...
Value for money👌
A little bit outdated in terms of look but the rooms are nice and fine, very spacious. Service is not bad. Right in the city center and close to a few key attractions eg victory monument
Hotel was clean, service was great. It was good that there was a 24hr cafe, unfortunately the pilaf that we had ordered wasnt cooked well, the rice was not well cooked.
My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Very Good
GGuest UserLocation is good, it's close to the center of the city. Hotel is clean and fresh. All works smoothly. Single minor problem was solved in minutes.
The only downside is breakfast: the assortment is moderate and dining room is pretty small, you may not find free place.
GGuest UserResting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

SSly NStaff - Friendly, polite, and helpful. They also speak good-enough English, which was useful.
Location - Close to the Osh bazaar, banks, mini markets, and some eateries.
Rooms—The rooms were sparkling clean, and the view on the 5th floor was nice. The air conditioner, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked well.
I would stay here again.

GGuest UserI'd heard good things about this hostel and it surpassed my expectations! The staff are so friendly and kind, the room was huge and the overall vibe in the hostel is fantastic - whenever I went into the communal area there were people to chat to and make plans with. I went on two tours organised by the hostel and both were absolutely magical, I wish I'd stayed longer to experience more. The hostel is very close to the west bus station, which is now unfortunately closed (there are buses to the new bus station(s)). There's a 24h supermarket at the end of the road and you can easily walk to Osh Bazaar or to restaurants nearby. I'll definitely be back!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. Breakfast is okay. The room size is okay. But the room I got smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Overall, it is good. But I think the price is high compared to what you get. So-so.
DDaniel SoonFriendly staff. Check-in/out process was efficient and fast. Room/breakfast was basic but great value for the amount paid. Not exactly in the prime sight-seeing area but that is offset by their relatively affordable local ride hailing service and the walkable distance to multiple dining options and convenience stores.
