"Luckily, my visa hadn't expired yet. The flight wasn't crowded, and despite the heavy snow and bad weather, we arrived late at night. The lobby was incredibly warm, and since it was just before Christmas, the decorations on the first floor were beautiful. With the festive Christmas music playing, it immediately felt cozy and romantic, just like a Christmas movie. The lobby has plenty of seating, including single armchairs, sofas for two, and larger group arrangements, perfect for relaxing or chatting. I booked a single room; it wasn't huge but felt very cozy. The mattress was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The service was also very attentive. As an introvert, I really appreciated the overall vibe. Plus, the light meal options at the downstairs restaurant were quite good."

"The Novotel Bishkek City Center is easily one of the top international chain hotels in the area. Its location is absolutely superb – you can walk to the city center's shopping district and parks, and there are plenty of currency exchange spots right on the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The entire building is brand new and modern. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have no strange odors. All the bathroom and office facilities are comprehensive, and the WiFi is stable and fast. The staff are fluent in English, and their service is warm and efficient. The hotel also boasts an indoor pool, gym, and spa, perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, covering Western, Chinese, and local dishes. Downstairs, the restaurant serves a full menu of Western and Central Asian cuisine. This is definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Bishkek, and I'll be staying here again."

"I chose the Kyrgyzstan Star Ala-Too Central Square for my business trip to Kyrgyzstan, and after a week's stay, I had a very comfortable experience. I definitely have to praise it! 👍 As a business traveler, location is paramount, and this hotel is super close to the Bishkek train station. Taking a taxi to the old town for business meetings only takes about ten minutes. Within a ten-minute walk, there are several local restaurants and supermarkets, so I didn't have to go out of my way to buy souvenirs or find food, which saved a lot of time. The business room I chose was quite spacious. Since it's newly opened, facilities like the smart toilet, sofa, and desk were all sparkling clean. The power outlets for charging my devices were very well laid out, so I didn't have to search for power strips when working late. The hotel also has a laundry room, which was perfect for washing and drying all the shirts and suits I'd accumulated over the week. I could head out looking sharp, which is so convenient for business travelers! 👏 The most pleasant surprise was the service. The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese, so communication was completely seamless. When I urgently needed to print a contract, the front desk quickly helped me out and even recommended a reliable car rental service nearby – the attention to detail was exceptional. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it offered both Chinese and Western options. The freshly baked bread and local yogurt were delicious, and I left feeling full and energized every day. For this price, being able to stay at such a hotel in Bishkek city center offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip here, and I highly recommend it to friends traveling or on business in Bishkek. You can confidently go for it! ✅"

"Disappointing stay, Poor service, unhygienic buffet, and hidden charges! This hotel is just okay for 2 nights max, the location is good. However, the overall experience was very frustrating. The breakfast was poor the buffet area had an unpleasant smell. Even worse, the food was unhygienic; I literally found a hair among the nuts! Personally, I couldn’t find any options that suited me.The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. The lights in my room were broken, I informed the staff, but they never fixed them. They are completely uncooperative and lack any polite manner of communication. To make matters worse, at checkout, they blindsided me with an extra charge just because there was some lipstick stain on the blanket! What is the purpose of housekeeping if guests are penalized for accidental stains? Isn't cleaning exactly what they are paid to do?They should be transparent about their policies instead of exploiting customers with sudden, hidden fees. This hotel is incredibly greedy and values making money over customer satisfaction. I absolutely don’t recommend this place."

"My challenging time in Bishkek was completely transformed by the Imperial Hotel. On June 13th, I first checked into a guesthouse run by locals. It was old, small, dark, and I couldn't communicate with anyone, and the breakfast they served was inedible. By the fifth day, I was at my breaking point. I went to a Chinese restaurant for a meal and was told about a Chinese-run guesthouse I could switch to. Seeing fellow Chinese people and being able to speak Mandarin made me happy for two days, but I couldn't stand the strong cigarette smoke from my compatriots. Switching to the Imperial Hotel on June 21st was a great blessing 🙏. Mr. Ma and his wife put their hearts into running their newly renovated hotel, making every guest feel the warmth and comfort of home. The breakfast here is incomparable to the previous two places. They also often invite guests to drink tea in their comfortable living room, and even share lunch and dinner together... As a result, the hotel is fully booked every day, and it's hard to get a room 😁 Thumbs up for the Imperial Hotel! 👍👍👍"

"Aside from its distance from the city center, it's a pretty good hotel overall. Although it's not a true Crowne Plaza hotel, the front desk staff speaks English, the breakfast is decent with a good view, and the rooms are reasonably priced. There are no shops downstairs."

I paid for the room through Trip.com and paid in rubles right there at reception, which was very convenient since our cards don't work in Bishkek. The room was spacious, with a great view. The hotel is convenient for accessing the city's main attractions. I'd like to highlight the friendly staff and the decent breakfasts. I would recommend this hotel to friends."

"The hotel is conveniently located, especially if you need quick access to the airport or have business in the surrounding area. For those purposes, the location works very well. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and one of the highlights was the peaceful courtyard. It was a lovely place to unwind, and relaxing on the daybeds made for a very pleasant break from the busy city atmosphere. Breakfast was average—perfectly acceptable, but nothing particularly memorable or unique. Overall, a comfortable stay with a relaxing environment and a convenient location for travelers staying in this part of the city."
