A big thank you to James for fitting us in at very short notice and also for sorting out with the taxi driver late at night. The room was lovely and spacious and we appreciated having a kettle to make a tea. An ideal location for the ferry and the town. what an amazing view from the veranda, and so nice to have our breakfast out there. Would definitely stay here again if I were to revisit the island. Also excellent value for money.

My wife and myself stayed here for two weeks end of March to April. We live a hectic life at home so this was the perfect tonic we needed. We wanted to lie by the pool. eat nice food, have a drink on tap, enjoy some good entertainment and now and then go to the beach. This ticked all them boxes and more. We have stayed at many hotels over the years but this has to be the most friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. When you read other reviews and they say how friendly the staff are they are 100% right. Devon down the pool bar was always smiling and would do anything for you. Samantha at the restaurant was lovely and Dean the manager made you feel like the whole place was a big family. We arrived at around 1900 and check in was so easy. Our bags were taken to our room by Kenny who seemed to always be working and spoke every time we saw him with a smile on his face. The location was good for us. Out of the town centre but only a free shuttle away if we wanted to go for anything. If you want a beach hotel that's fine but be prepared to pay much more. The shuttle would take us to the beach for free and pick us up so this was great for us. Overall this was a two weeks were we could sit by the pool and enjoy the sun without any kids clubs or anything else that we did when the kids were younger. Perfect hotel for relaxation.
