Hotel was ok. Elevator broke down multiple times and was extremely rough when working. It sometimes stopped to early and you had a 6inch step up to the floor. Hallways were usually fairly dirty. Room was ok. Maintenance of room was a little lacking. Toilet didn’t flush right. Carpet was never vacuumed. Never had the right number of towels for people in the room. I believe this os a management issue because what the maid did clean was done well.
The location is in Norte (10km from Centro). Good as a business hotel when you have work to do in this industrial and university area.
The room was basic but functioning. Wifi works very well. The best part is the staff, who all were very nice and courteous.
The breakfast was buffet style and basic. Good value for the price.
There is no toothbrush in the room, the facilities are very old, the breakfast is average, the service is very good, I went to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush and gave it to me.
Great looking hotel only issue we had was the water in the shower the first night had no pressure and the next day the shower water was freezing cold. Tried everything to get warm water but never did get the warm water out of the shower.

The reception was polite and efficient and the check-in process was smooth. Room service responds quickly, but there are fewer people on duty at night, and occasionally you need to wait a little. The price is reasonable and the package with breakfast is more cost-effective. Sound insulation and detailed service need to be improved
The biggest regret is that the shower in the bathroom is on the head, which is very inconvenient and the water is uneven! The rest of the room is very good. The hotel is surrounded by the high-end community of Chihuahua. Shopping and eating are very convenient and safe. The air conditioning in the room is very good, the cool breeze is very strong!
The hotel environment is OK, but the hardware facilities are relatively old. The breakfast is very rich, the transportation is very convenient, it is worth recommending, and the hotel service attitude is also very good.
