Transiting through Amsterdam on our way to Madrid, this hotel was okay for a one-night stay. Hotels were surprisingly expensive this week, so we couldn't expect too much for a triple room costing around 500-600 euros. I brought my own disposable sheets to put over the bed. The kettle and other amenities looked a bit dirty, so I didn't use them. I also brought my own hairdryer. Not having slippers was quite inconvenient, but I guess that's normal in Europe. Even the city-center hotel apartments we stayed at later in Madrid and Barcelona didn't provide them; I only got to wear slippers when we reached a five-star hotel in Segovia.
The private bathroom was separate from the room, which was a bit inconvenient, but I knew that when booking.
Also, because I woke up so early, I decided to walk to the canals. It was quite a long walk, about three kilometers, actually.

Although the staff was very friendly, it was a strange experience that no one at the front desk spoke Dutch. Most people can manage with English, and most guests are foreigners anyway, but still. The room is spacious and tidy, with a wonderful rain shower, slightly too soft pillows, and a slightly too firm bed – but that's a personal preference, of course. We were allowed to park for free, which was great service! It's also conveniently close to Schiphol, an excellent location. Overall, a very solid 8.5.
Hotel is located in a little village close to a train station.
It is a few stops to Amsterdam Central Station. There are some shops and a Aldi nearby.
The room is luxurious and great value.
The staff is very nice and very helpful.
In my case she was very accommodating when I asked to depart a later for the room.

If you're looking for an affordable stay in the city center, this is definitely the place! However, because it's a dormitory with many people in one room, there were some concerns. The hotel entrance has a bar, which creates a lovely, homey atmosphere.
I really enjoyed my stay at Bunk Hotel. The hotel has a unique, modern atmosphere and everything was clean and comfortable.
The location is convenient with good public transportation connections making it easy to explore the city.
Loved my stay at Bunk Hotel, great value for money.
Highly recommended
Honestly, the hotel isn't that bad. The room is small, yes, it's definitely small, but for a travel stay, it's sufficient, especially since you won't be in the room all the time. Breakfast and transport are also decent. There's a forest about a 30-minute walk away, which would be great for outdoor enthusiasts. However, I checked in quite late and was given a room with a broken bed leg. I didn't want to make things difficult for the front desk staff, so I just accepted it. All in all, if you can, avoid going on weekends; it's more expensive and finding a hotel room can be really tough.

Last weekend, I took a trip to central Amsterdam, and it felt like stepping into a postcard. The air was crisp, carrying the scent of freshly baked stroopwafels and roasted coffee from the cafés lining the narrow streets. I wandered along the canals, their calm waters reflecting rows of gabled houses in shades of brick and pastel. Cyclists glided past effortlessly, bells chiming as they weaved between tourists and locals. At Dam Square, the hum of street performers mixed with the chatter of people from all over the world. Later, I visited the Anne Frank House, a sobering yet powerful reminder of history, before ending the day with a boat tour at sunset—the city glowing in golden light, bridges lit like necklaces over the shimmering water.

It's a budget-friendly option, but they don't provide slippers. The location is convenient, with a free airport shuttle. There's a McDonald's about 100 meters away. One night, someone tried to swipe their card to get into my room. A heads-up for check-in: once you're in line at the front desk, stick with it and don't try to switch to another agent, or you'll lose your spot.
Awesome hotel, it is difficult to find the hotel entrance at the beginning, the room is clean, the environment is very good, the breakfast is good, the parking lot is also big, the air is particularly good in the morning

Great
Llinli67I booked this hotel for its convenient location, allowing me to easily catch the 852 Garden Bus to Keukenhof to see the tulips. Due to tulip season and a few concurrent exhibitions, the room rate was double the usual price, which made the value for money a bit disappointing.
The breakfast, however, was excellent with a wide variety and high-quality options, absolutely no complaints there.
The room itself wasn't very big, but you can ask the front desk for slippers if you need them.
Right across from the hotel is Amstel Park, which is huge and features a fantastic rhododendron garden.
GGuest UserThe location was a bit further than I expected. It took me about 10 minutes of walking from the nearest tram station, but my luggage were not too heavy so it's not a big problem to me. The price was also affordable and reasonable among most of the hotels I found in Amsterdam. Although it is a little far from central Amsterdam, it's not too complicated to go there using public transport, as you only need to get on one tram and one metro. The room was quite small, but the bed was super large for 2 people, and everything was so clean. I also received good service there even though it was a bit late (11.30pm).
GGuest UserGreat location and staff, but poor cleanliness
I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain.
Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it.
My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is 7 min walk to tram station and 50 min to Central. The best part of the hotel was free parking and had a charging point.
The hotel rooms were spacious and super clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Smooth check in process
AAfshin ElahiThis is a clean hotel in a pleasant suburban area, offering good value for money. However, the location is not ideal for frequent city center visits; it takes over 40 minutes to get there, and buses are infrequent. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk away.
Be very careful with the final bill. I was charged 38 Euros when the app confirmed 19. I had to contact Trip.com to get the overcharge refunded. Double-check everything at checkout.
GGuest UserWe spent our winter holiday here and there are plenty of local groceries stores around. The train station is just a breeze walk away so it’s easy to travel around. The Zaanse Schans (windmill attraction), Zaandam (‘Lego’ house) is just few stations away from the hotel. Stay wise it’s comfortable but can get tad abit noisy as the sound insulation between walls are rather weak. All in all we will definitely stay here again!
AAchengdebairimengThe hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the train station and all the main attractions. Both the hotel and the room were spotless and didn't have any strange smells, which was great. The only minor downside was that the music from nearby bars could be a bit loud at night.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to Amsterdam Central Station, making it easy to get around. With trams and other public transport nearby, you can easily access the city centre and surrounding suburbs without any hassle. But The room was a bit small, even after the upgrade, which was slightly disappointing. I expected a bit more space for an upgraded room, but it was still manageable for a short stay.
朝朝阳区MichaelThis hotel is conveniently located right next to Amsterdam Airport, and they offer a shuttle service. It's a small, converted Sprinter van with a compact luggage rack for larger bags. However, it's quite small, so if you have a lot of luggage, especially for a family or two traveling internationally with multiple large suitcases, it might be a squeeze. The shuttle departs from the hotel every hour on the hour or every half hour, and from the airport, it usually leaves around :15 and :45. I won't go into too much detail about the hotel itself, but the breakfast was good – they even had kimchi and rice, and someone to cook eggs and omelets to order, which was a nice touch. The gym is open 24/7, and the pool and sauna are available from 7 AM to 10 PM. I didn't get a chance to use those facilities. There's also parking available for around 20 euros a night. Overall, it's a good place and I recommend it!
