I stayed in a 4-person dormitory, and while it was okay for me, the space for suitcases was limited. It could get quite challenging if all guests had large suitcases, so I'd recommend bringing a backpack instead, as you can also use the lockers provided. I was on the top bunk, which meant I had to use a power bank to charge my phone. The shared kitchen area had a fantastic vibe, and I really enjoyed chatting and socializing with other guests there. For transportation in Svalbard, you can take a bus or taxi between the airport and the city center. Conveniently, a bus stop is right next to the hotel. Although it's a bit outside the main town, the prices are reasonable, and the breakfast is delicious, so I'd definitely recommend it.

Wonderful atmosphere and very comfortable. Terrific breakfast! Very attentive and hospitable staff who answered all of my questions and happily helped with anything I needed. Extremely comfortable and warm beds. Room was clean and spacious. The atmosphere was so great that even on stormy days, I had a fulfilling time just sitting in the lobby and enjoying the ambience and refreshments. There were only a couple areas for improvement: - the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap had a very powerful scent. I have suggested the staff offer unscented options, and they made a note of it. - one of the USB charging ports in the room didn’t work well, and the placement of some outlets were a little inconvenient. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely cost this hotel again. とても雰囲気が良く、非常に快適でした。朝食も素晴らしかったです。スタッフの皆さんはとても気配りが行き届いていて親切で、私の質問にもすべて丁寧に答えてくださり、必要なことがあれば喜んで対応してくれました。ベッドはとても暖かく、寝心地も抜群でした。客室は清潔で、広さも十分でした。 雰囲気が本当に素晴らしく、嵐の日でさえ、ロビーに座って雰囲気や軽食・ドリンクを楽しむだけで、充実した時間を過ごすことができました。 改善点を挙げるとすれば、ほんの少しだけあります。 ・シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープの香りがかなり強かった点です。無香料の選択肢があると良いのではないかとスタッフに提案したところ、メモを取ってくださいました。 ・客室内のUSB充電ポートのうち1つがうまく作動せず、また一部のコンセントの配置がやや使いにくく感じました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。またぜひこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

The guest rooms are divided into several buildings. Since they were in separate buildings, I wore warm winter clothes when I needed to go to the reception building for meals or other reasons. As a result, the separate buildings were only occupied by guests and kept quiet. Also, since they were far from the city center, there were no other people around. Each building had a shared shower, toilet, refrigerator, kitchen, and kettle. There were no TVs, but the Wi-Fi was strong and not an issue. Breakfast was a buffet, and the quality and quantity of food was more than enough.

The hotel restaurant is great, the room is very warm and has a snow view. It is suitable for two people to live in. The hotel breakfast is very good. There is free tea in the lobby. It is very Nordic style. The room has good hot water and a bathtub. Recommended for the Arctic region

Amazing choice if you prefer single rooms over shared dormitory hostels. Medium-sized rooms, with clean bathrooms. The location is good as it is not too far from the town center. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

This is a camping wooden house and the overall atmosphere is very good. This hotel also includes breakfast, and overall we are very satisfied. The house is large and there is a kitchen, so we are very convenient to cook. Recommended

Breakfast was rich! Choose a lot of these! This hotel is the only 4-star hotel in Svalbard! There are saunas and outdoor baths! It's warm inside the hotel! Also close to the local supermarket! Environmental facilities are really good, love his sauna! It's so comfortable!

I set a bedroom. The result is that there are two rooms. The special surprise. The living room has a large space. You can simply cook some meals. The bathroom is also very spacious. The heating in the room is very good. The point is that the location is very convenient. The supermarket is downstairs!
