Perfectly located hotel. For me it has a problem, there is a lot of noise. I had to ask to change my room, but even so on a higher floor there was still noise. The best thing about the hotel is all its staff, both reception and room cleaning, restaurant, etc. Very professional and extremely friendly

In Iquitos is a top hotel, the room is large, the facilities are a bit old, but very complete. The only dissatisfaction is that I said that I booked Room 8, and I changed to another small room when I checked in, which made people feel uncomfortable!

The breakfast is very average, but the waiter in the restaurant is very enthusiastic. If you have any situation, you will come over and ask for help. You will be asked separately if you want eggs. The room is okay, but the decoration is relatively old. The windows are on the patio. Generally speaking, it is okay. The supplies are not complete, but the good thing is that they can provide free shuttle planes.

I stayed twice in the Eldorado hotel, before and after my 2 weeks jungle tour. Standards are different in Iquitos and as on the first stay I was given a room without windows it felt a bit disappointing, but after the jungle, I appreciated very much the dry / cool and clean room, this time with a window and no bugs around.. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is plenty with everything and tropical fruits and juices

It was a great place and convenient location. It's a touch away from the boulevard so you aren't peppered by scammers as soon as you exit the hotel. While the workers don't speak English a translator worked fine and get everything I need. I didn't see breakfast though and I didn't ask.

Very good accommodation, great environment, booked a trip to the rainforest, stayed in this hotel both ways, the room is super big, there is a swimming pool inside, and the breakfast is delicious!

The room layout was practical and well-equipped, clean and hygienic, the air conditioning was powerful, and the hot water was very hot. The environment was beautifully decorated; every detail reflected the owner's thoughtfulness. The staff were very friendly. When I wanted to hang my clothes to dry, Maria, a staff member, kindly led me to the rooftop balcony and helped me hang them up. I was so grateful to her. I stayed on the first floor and was very comfortable and in a great mood.
