"Stayed at Belmont Hotel Manila for a work trip and had a great experience. Getting here from T1 was smooth, and the hotel itself is extremely convenient for business travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet enough to get work done and rest well. Friendly staff and quick service throughout."

"The hotel is old and poorly maintained. There was no fresh scent in the room, and the beddings smelled old and unpleasant. The mirrors appeared stained, the faucets were cracked, and the elevators were dirty. There is nothing wrong with staying in an old hotel, but proper maintenance and cleanliness should always be a priority, regardless of the hotel’s age. The only good thing about this hotel was the Jacuzzi, but even that was disappointing because I found hair in it, which made me question whether it had been cleaned properly. When I arrived, several things in the room were not clean, and the toilet bowl was not working. They had to call a handyman to fix it, which was inconvenient and disturbing, especially when I had just checked in and wanted to rest. I also asked the front desk to have my room cleaned, but I waited until 4 PM, and nobody from housekeeping showed up. I even found hair left behind by the previous guest, which made me question whether the room had been cleaned at all before my arrival. Another major inconvenience was the absence of a telephone in the room to contact the front desk. Whenever you need something or have a concern, you have to go downstairs in person, which is very inconvenient. On top of that, the hallways and elevators smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, making the environment unpleasant. There was also trash in the common areas, which added to the overall impression that the hotel was not being properly maintained. Furthermore, the noise from the karaoke made it difficult to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. The location is good, but unfortunately, the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience were disappointing. An old hotel can still provide a comfortable and pleasant stay if it is well maintained. However, cleanliness, proper facilities, and a peaceful environment should be basic standards in any hotel. Sadly, my experience fell far below these expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and good service."

"The hotel was nice and we really enjoyed our stay. It had everything you needed to enjoy, relax and have fun. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, I loved that we had a large bathroom with a bathtub. Sadly, we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the extreme weather. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the convenient airport transport service. This will be our go-to hotel when in Manila."

"We enjoy tge stay, the only problem was we have to wait 2pm for check-in, So we have to roaming around and we get back around 3pm but we have to wait again for the room😅 aside from that everything is good, I like the bed comfy and extra bed is a plus. Good service and the whole staff are friendly and accommodating."

"I stayed for the first time in City of Dreams Nobu Hotel and it was a great and relaxing experience with my family. It was my post bday celebration and enjoyed their gym, pool and the spacious room. Plus i got free mini bar drinks and snack and a bday cake. Thanks Nobu! I will be back again and recommend it to friends and family."

"Great Stay at Kingsford Hotel We had a really pleasant stay at Kingsford Hotel. The room was clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. What I appreciated most was the service. The staff were courteous, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, especially if you’re looking to stay around the Pasay/Entertainment City area. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Kingsford Hotel. It’s a good option for a relaxing stay, and I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"Hotel is located in Makati, safe area for tourists, has some restaurants and convenient stores nearby and pubs for nightlife. The room is clean, vibe cozy and art. And staff is friendly as well"

"I enjoyed the room and breakfast food as it was a filipino breakfast dishes. I love staying at savoy that is why everytime my partner goes back to ph i booked here. The only thing i do not like is the checking of the things which belongs to the hotel coz i got my hair dyed in red and it stain on the towel. We stayed there for 3 nights and they kept on changing our towel everyday without noticing that the towels got hair dye which is completely washable. At the end of our stay they saw it on one of the towels and asked us to pay for 3k which runs down to 1k depends on the severity of the hair dye that was on the towel. I asked them that i will not pay for it since it is washable but they insisted it. We cannot go out of the hotel and it was our flight back to SG. They did not even bother to give me receipt also that time i paid. 😮💨"

"This is our second stay at Grand Westside and we’ve always enjoyed our stay. Best part was the Breakfast buffet which the whole family loved!! Only mishap was when I asked for grace period at check out time (12nn) and was told of a 30min, otherwise we’ll be charged of p1,500. We rushed from our swim to make it on time, then upon check out we were informed of extension til 2pm :-( Since we were all packed we decided to leave, with regret of the one hour more ‘could have enjoyed swimming more’ :-) The front desks should be more consistent in information. Should we go back again? Still a YES, now we know we can extend til 2pm FOC."
