I had a great stay at Airport Hotel Okęcie. The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the airport, which made everything extremely convenient, especially with an early flight the next morning. The hotel is just about 1 km from Warsaw Chopin Airport, so it’s an ideal choice for travellers. Everything was very smooth and well-organised. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport, and my transfer at 8 AM was perfectly on time and stress-free. This really made a difference, as I didn’t have to worry about transport at all - just wake up and go. The shuttle runs regularly and is a big advantage for early departures (but you need to reserve it at the reception first). The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet enough to get proper rest before the flight. Overall, the whole experience felt very easy and efficient. I would definitely say this is one of the best options if you have an early flight or just want to relax and recharge before travelling. Highly recommended!
The location is perfect. The room was clean and tidy, just what I wanted. All my comments were taken into account. The information was sent the day before! The Wi-Fi worked wonderfully. It was quiet and comfortable. There was even a balcony! It was also warm in December. There were towels, plates, forks, and an ID in the room. But there was no stove. Perhaps it would have been better. There would have been no smell in the hallway; there was a microwave. Perhaps I had quiet neighbors, but I did not feel any discomfort. For this price, it's decent. I will definitely book this room in the future. Thank you!
Loved it. Great position, nearby there's a bus/tram station. The room was perfectly cleaned with complimentary water (still and sparkling), instant coffee and tea. Even outside was really cold, inside the temperature was perfect.
The 24h reception is a plus, we arrived really late at night and we had the opportunity to do the check in with no additional fee.
Pros: The hotel maintains an impressive level of cleanliness throughout its premises, making it a comfortable place to stay. Additionally, the restaurant offers delicious food with a good variety of options, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Free parking if you are lucky.
Cons: Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel are quite rude, which detracts significantly from the overall experience. The location is also somewhat inconvenient, as it is situated on the outskirts of the city.
However, it is a practical choice for those needing close proximity to the airport.
Take the train from Airport and arrive at Warszawa Śródmieście railway station, walk up the stairs and you see Polonia Palace hotel! We are so happy and in luck! We arrived at 9 am and the room is ready for us! This is record breaking check in time!
Room is perfect with a window view of Palace of culture and Science. Room is clean and very spacious! Breakfast is very good! Service is excellent! Will definitely recommend this hotel!
The size of the room is unprecedented anywhere else, a lot of space, a comfortable bed. Near the airport, the only small minus is the bathroom door, and exactly the mechanism of their automatic closure, the door closes at such a speed that if you don't run into the toilet you can be hit by the bulbs or the bulb 😉 what I say is Small minus as in general the door can be found forcing to exercise, they take care of the guests' conditions 🙂
Lovely location at CH30 ~ nice courtyard area. Well located to anything downtown, including old town being not about 2km walk away.
Feels secure with the gate being locked at night and the main door to each building also being a code entrance~ good for solo travellers.
A nice room with fridge/microwave /kettle and crockery / cutlery. Comfy bed.
Shared bathroom (only 2 rooms in each floor) was large and had hairdryer/washing up liquid and cloth to use.
Easy and quick communication when needed.
Good value for money ~
Hotel is just across the airport, perfect location. The room was not fully prepared for the guests of two while the reservation was done in advance .When arriving at night and needing to wait an hour to get towels, isn’t best experience. Appreciate the help of the receptionist who in the end took care of everything.
Hotel Metropol Review: A Perfect Stay in Warsaw
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently stayed at the Hotel Metropol, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. If you are looking for convenience and comfort in Warsaw, this is the place to be.
Location & Accessibility
The location is simply perfect. It is a mere 5-minute walk from the Central Railway Station (Warszawa Centralna), making arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Furthermore, the hotel serves as a great starting point for sightseeing; it is a very pleasant stroll away from the Zygmunt’s Column, the Presidential Palace, and the Royal Castle.
The Room
I stayed in an Executive Room, which was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean. The room offered wonderful views of the city, providing a great atmosphere to relax in after a long day of exploring.
Amenities & Service
Breakfast: The morning spread was comprehensive and delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.
Staff: The reception team deserves a special mention—they were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process seamless.
Veredict: Whether you are in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Metropol for its unbeatable location and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!
We stayed at the Presidentail many years ago when it was the Marriott. Little has changed. The location is perfect on the bus routes directly to the airport and Old Town and opposite the Central Railway station to all the major Polish cities and even to neighbouring countries.
The room on the 38th floor had the best view over the Cultural Palace Złoty Terasy Mall and the surrounding district including a view of the Old Town and Castle all the way to the coutryside.
The room itself could do with a refresh and some of the fixtures could do with some maintenance. The bathroom was small but functional with some amenities.
Breakfast was plentiful varied and decent quality. The freshly squeezed juices especially good.

Amazing
We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, and well-equipped. Everything you might need is provided, from toilet paper to coffee, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is also very good and convenient. The only small downside was the towels. They seemed not to be completely dry and had a slightly musty smell. Apart from that, everything was great and we would happily stay here again.
MMelissa FrIt was a very nice hotel. The food was very healthy and fresh. We had a good time.It is located very close to the markets and the bus stop.( by car) It was very far from the city center but it was a nice hotel. The Hotel staffers were friendly🤗.
Thank you so much!
Overall the hotel is good but i think only suitable for business travellers. Their is nothing surrounding and only a small shopping mall there. Not many restaurants but there are some thai food, Japanese food and kebab restaurants
I stayed at the hotel for three nights on business and was very satisfied. The rooms are modern, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was stable—perfect for me as a business traveler. I would especially like to emphasize the friendly staff at the reception. I would be happy to come back.
Perfect for driver , no additional cost for parking. Staff is so friendly. Very competitive price with nice breakfast. Room is spacious provided with basic amenities. Comfortable place to stay.
Cconglin03Belonging to the best hotel in the local area, the hotel facilities are general, the room is quite big, the service is very warm. The nearby supermarket restaurant is also very convenient, not far from the park and attractions, breakfast is average.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The food at the Lunasol restaurant was delicious and the price was reasonable, but the beer I ordered and paid for wasn't brought because some staff pretended to understand English even though they didn't. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all clean and easy to use. Regarding the use of the golf driving range on the premises, different staff members said different things, so it was confusing as I could use it on the first day but not the next day. It cost 300 PLN to let my dog stay for three nights. The nearby Supar seems to have closed, but there is a Lidl 15 minutes walk away which was convenient. 1
AAnonymous UserA great location hotel near the Pilica River and around the riding center, where you can admire the players jumping through the obstacles
