The hotel is very new, the equipment is good, the most nice thing is that the hotel staff has no problem in English communication, and the room is automatically upgraded to a suite, giving a big surprise.

One star? Let me explain. The hotel looks wonderful - beautiful interior, and the food is absolutely delicious, and amazingly well presented. The swimming pool (it was too cold to venture into it) looked wonderful. So all well and good. But. The reception staff are EXTREMELY rude, lacking in communication skills and above all, portray the hotel in a negative way. When I checked in, about 9pm in the evening, all went smoothly. I went to my bedroom and used the electronic keycard - and opened the door and immediately thought ”the bed hasn't been made” when suddenly a male voice emerged from the bed. Someone was in my bed. I thought ”I've come into the wrong room” - but no, it was the correct room. Some unknown man was in my bed. Who was more startled - him or me? I immediately left the room, went to reception and told them, that there was a man in the bed in my bedroom. They took the keycard, and provided me with another one. NO apology, no explanation, no shock / horrified that this should happen. The receptionist DID NOT SAY ONE WORD. Just simply gave me the keycard and expected me to find my own way to the new room. I was really quite surprised at the lack of courtesy / apology. Two days later' time to pay the bill and leave. A person who I was travelling with (but not sharing a room) was at the reception. The hotel had charged her for drinks that she had either not had, or had paid cash. They were so reluctant to remove this amount from her bill when they discovered that a mistake had been made. Again ABSOLUTELY no apology, nor an explanation. Just ignored her.

Pretty good! The price/performance ratio is very high, and the transportation is very convenient. It costs about ten dinars to get to the airport. There are parks, zoos, and botanical gardens nearby, and the hotel service is also warm and thoughtful.

👌A 5-star hotel less than 10 minutes' drive from Tunis Airport. Before leaving Tunis, I had a meal here. My friends said that this was probably the best meal of the whole trip. In a nutshell~ 🌳The buffet has couscous, but spinach lasagna is my favorite, and there are several kinds of lamb. 🌸The cantaloupe here is so delicious that one person can finish two whole plates (we came at the end of April, not sure if it is in season) ☘️The hotel's facilities and design are also relatively new, good reviews

I was asked for a reservation fee of 6 dirham on arrival, I don't understand. Otherwise everything is perfect! It's clean, the towels smell great!!!

Almeno, non se si prenota dall’Italia, tramite Booking e cercando un minimo di rapporto qualità/prezzo. Questo albergo, a dieci minuti a piedi da Porte de France e, quindi, dall’ingresso della Medina, ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo ed è perfetto per girare la città. Le camere - noi avevamo una tripla - sono ampie e funzionali. I letti comodi. Il bagno grande e ben organizzato. Buono anche il livello igienico e varia la colazione compresa nel prezzo. Unica cosa, forse, migliorabile il segnale Wi-Fi nelle stanze. La reception è aperta h24 e per chi viaggia in macchina poco distante c’è un parcheggio a pagamento custodito. Consigliato.

At the beach, the room is quite big and there is fruit delivery. It is far away from the city. The taxi fare is a bit expensive. The decoration is good.

Very nice little hotel. Centrally located. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and equipped with air conditioning and tv equipment. Car could be parked in the associated underground car park. Again any time.

I lived twice for a total of four days. The first time the quilt was already used, the other bird's hair was above, and it was good to go to the front desk to clean up. After an hour, I didn't come up, but I found it again. The waiter didn't come for 2 hours before and after. Finally, he found him to remove all of our sheets, quilts, and pillowcases. The hotel is set at 3 stars at best, but safety is the first priority. Breakfast is average. The environment and food in Islamic countries cannot be complimented. It only costs 20 dinars from Tunisia airport to this hotel, but the airport rental is too bad and charges 50 dinars You, especially the hotel’s parking taxi drivers, must take pictures and keep them in order to avoid complaints when they are cheated. Negative: The moquettes are dirty and sliced as the restaurant seats. The ”quad” and ”pirate boat” services are poor and priceless. The real pirates are in the hotel ...A avoid ... The restaurant is very supermarket cafeteria. Although some supermarkets do much better. The price of the week is too high for the service and the country. The tourist has to pay and he does everything for. Positive: The staff is mostly sympathetic. The swimming pools are low (1m) but pleasant. The beach is in contact with the hotel.

I had stayed here a few years back on my regular trips to Tunis. I gave up on them a while ago. The place was old, dirty, living in the 70's. But this time, there was a good offer so I took it up. And I am glad I did, what a change. The rooms have had a complete makeover, light, fresh, plenty of space, modern. The bed is super-comfortable and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I dined at one of the restaurants and I could easily have been in a very good European restaurant, the service was great and very friendly. I need a good desk space and storage and the rooms have plenty of it. Power points in abundance, including different types for those of us who aren't European. The bathroom was suitable for one person at a time, water pressure wasn't great, in fact, terrible, but that is my only criticism. Over the past 2 years I have struggled with hotels in Tunis, all very sub-standard in the price bracket I want to pay ( c USD 80-120 ), but I have re-discovered Golden TulipEl Mechtel and will now call this home for the foreseeable future, whenever I am in Tunis. Well done folks.

In Tunis for one night, our manager reserved us to the diplomat.. and what error!!! This pseudo 4 stars is 15 minutes from Carthage Airport. Vesty decor, smell of cracked walls ...a hotel over time. The rooms are a valid copy of the hall and the rest of the hotel, with a 70's brine where everything is refreshed, used...Even the TV channels were in fashion.. analogical!! The only positive note, the kindness of the staff who prepared a late dinner despite the closure of the rest.
