"This was my first all-inclusive experience, and it was enjoyable and comfortable with my two young children. I chose it based on Korean reviews, but it was half Russian and half Turkish guests... haha. I didn't see any Chinese or Japanese people. The kids' club, which runs from morning to night, was mostly attended by Russian children with Russian teachers. They did provide interpretation in English, so my kids participated well. I think not seeing many other Asians made us feel more at ease. Everyone was friendly, and the service was systematic. They responded and made improvements immediately when we made requests. The programs were diverse, and all the staff were proactive and energetic, which was great to see. The pool water quality was also well-maintained daily. However... glass cups are used on the sunbeds by the pool, and sometimes guests break them and don't clean them up properly. I saw several instances of broken glass during my 4-day stay. My child was swimming and touched the drain where people spit, getting cut. Suddenly, there was a lot of blood in the pool! It wasn't a deep cut, but seeing blood was startling. The infirmary was far, and I had to ask for directions multiple times to find it. Nevertheless, a kids' club teacher personally guided us, and my child received good treatment and was able to swim again starting the next day~ Just note that there aren't many Asian food options, and it might not suit everyone's palate. (We used ramen seasoning and gochujang.) Still, we ate well and heartily for our 3-night, 4-day stay~ And! They upgraded us to a family room because we had a child! Thanks to that, we rested comfortably."

"On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything! Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor. +Mini club and disco open for kids everyday. - this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it... - noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!"

"Didnt like the area its in - Room was smaller than expected. But clean and we enjoyed our stay. I do think front of house staff at reception need to be more friendlier - it puts a damper when you aren't met with friendly staff as your first impression. Not sure it's worth £90 a night but everything is extortionate in Turkey."

"The hotel is located 10mins from the airport via taxi. All the staff at the hotel are just amazing and so helpful. The hotel is exactly in line with the Hampton by Hilton brand with large rooms which are fresh and clean. There is plenty of amenities and the restaurant has a wide range of foods which can accommodate all international travellers. The breakfast is also great with a massive range of choices. The best part is the great staff."

"This is a great otel with great customer care, the staff were very polite and welcoming. The location is just outside of alanya, you are 2min car ride away from cleopatra beach. The room and views were incredible, I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"We were very pleasantly surprised, as the hotel is brand new and all the staff are incredibly kind. It's a very secluded spot with an amazing breakfast. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for privacy, and appreciate cleanliness and modern rooms. We personally took masks and swam to the waterfall on our own; if you're a good swimmer, you can try it too. We walked over rocks and through dusty water, then got out onto the rocks and admired the waterfall – it was breathtaking! You can really see the owner's taste reflected in this hotel. There was also a beautiful car parked at the entrance. Overall, the hotel leaves a 'wow' impression!!"

"The hotel was in good condition as of November 2025. The rooms were clean, the plumbing worked properly, and the grounds were well-maintained. The breakfasts were amazing, so plentiful that we never managed to finish everything. The food was delicious and varied. The private beach was wonderful; it was quite small, but very beautiful and Instagrammable. The pool was also beautiful, but in November it was already colder than the sea, so we only swam in it once, and that was because it was a hot day. I don't know what the price was or how many people there were during peak season, but for early November, the ratio was perfect. One downside is that road noise was very noticeable; we had an economy room, the cheapest one. I think the more expensive rooms should be quieter, especially those with a sea view and further from the road. But it wasn't too disruptive; we slept well despite it. Our room also had a window, which was also the entrance, facing a passage between buildings, so sometimes people staying in the next room walked right by our window. So, the cheap rooms don't offer much privacy, but we simply closed the curtains in the evenings and rarely spent time in the room during the day. There's parking, but we had a car; getting into town without one isn't very convenient, unless you take a taxi. There are many more advantages here, so I can confidently recommend it."

"It was a holiday that I personally had much, but much above my expectation. The hotel once was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've been living in the garden, although it was made of bungalows. The environment, ambience and facilities are also enough, and all your needs are met. There is a small darkness that belongs to you. Clean. The sea and the coast are clean, and even the shells and shadows. The spa and closed pool that was to warm in winter. I stayed alone for a week, a quiet, quiet environment. I really rested. The staff is incredibly self-effective, laughing and helpful. So I am a little close and I can't stay anywhere, I tried to find missing here, but I couldn't find it, I give 10 out of everything."

"This hotel isn't bad, but it's expensive for what you get. There's no soundproofing at all – you can literally hear the TV from the next room, or noise from the hallway because it's tiled instead of carpeted, and there are huge gaps around the door (it seems to be installed crookedly). The room itself isn't very big, but it has everything you need. Breakfast was decent. The staff are friendly and responsive. However, there's no iron in the hotel, so be prepared to walk around with wrinkled clothes, and they didn't offer any alternative service for the lack of an iron. The location is good, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Whether I'd return is questionable; I'd probably look at other options for the same price. On the plus side, everything feels stylish and new."

"I genuinely, genuinely, genuinely recommend this hotel. If you're looking for a comfortable stopover in Antalya, this place is truly wonderful. The one-bedroom unit comes with a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, and a large refrigerator. All the bedding is Marriott quality, the room is very spacious, and the soundproofing is excellent. Right next door is a large shopping mall. On the third floor, there's a food court with options like McDonald's, Vietnamese pho, and many other fast-food choices. The Thai food there is particularly well-suited to our tastes. There's also a direct bus to Hadrian's Gate. Tunahan at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He's very enthusiastic, always smiling and greeting me whenever I came and went. His English is fluent, and he was able to resolve many issues. The parking lot has charging stations, making it very convenient for those traveling by car."
