The hotel is nice, the location is nice but I couldn't go and smell it because of the weather conditions. The money is not refunded, it would be nice if it was. Other than that, the brand is nice.

房間乾淨舒適，就是臨窗有一點吵。前台很好，熱情幫我查坐車路線，早餐超讚因為有可選的菜和主食，水果甜。離市中心有點距離但樓下小火車可到。推薦！

This information was useful and comfortable to select this hotel after huge earthquakes. The room including shower was so clean. The bed was big and fresh for 2 persons and feel good.
