📅 Itinerary
Day1-3:The Mill Palm Beach Aruba Breakfast Included
The Mill is a smaller yet extremely lovely resort. Very responsive staff with handling issues. The beds, pillows, sheets and duvet are amazing! The room was spacious with shower and bathtub, fridge, etc. the pool is lovely, breakfast was delicious with many options. As a smoker it was rather annoying tho to not even be allowed to smoke on my own balcony you literally have to step out the property to smoke. There are cameras facing your balcony by all angles and a $250USD fine for smoking sign in the room. Most staff are very polite some were short. I had a massage by Maribel which was very nice, I had another massage with Roxy and I had physical issues for days after wasn’t great. Restaurant food was standard.
Day4-9: RIU Antilles Adults Only Resort Palm Beach Aruba All Inclusive. BEDS ARE HORRIBLE, although we were in the newer building their beds were horrendous, so uncomfortable long pillows no duvet, it was basic which is not what we paid for. The hotel looks posh but the furniture is cheap while looking posh meaning it’s not comfortable, we both were so sore from the beds sofas etc. The food is mediocre sometimes inedible, you really gotta try a lot of things to find what works for you at this all inclusive, a bunch of food had way too much saltiness. I have to say for the amount of money paid, the service took soooo long, some staff were great some were on island time and most had a scowl in general. Luckily we survived this place and made the most of it. They do have some delicious cocktails, I would recommend the coco Rosa and the coral something can’t remember the name right now, they were delicious without being too sweet.
Day10-12: Arubiana Inn Eagle Beach Aruba
Not the most luxurious of all the places we stayed, we had booked somewhere else but they double booked us so we chose this place as our back up and thought if we found something better we would but now I’m happy we didn’t do that because the beds were better than our insanely expensive all inclusive resort, and we were super close to eagle beach 10-15 min walk. Eagle beach is gorgeous compared to Palm beach, also the area is nicer compared to noisy Palm beach, personally loved the vibe of the area. The pool could use some attention, they give you beach towels which is awesome, along with providing a kettle cutlery dishes glasses fridge and microwave so you can prepare snack etc for yourself in your room. We didn’t have the breakfast personally feel at $16USD per person it’s overpriced. But the drinks list is great. The person who usually cooks lunch wasn’t there the first day but it was fine we basically left in the morning for breakfast, spend the day at the beach and grab food ,grab a shower, go out for dinner and rinse and repeat.
