Because of a cup of red Turkish tea, I keep coming back to this Turkish restaurant in Sydney.
Hidden Culinary Gem at Sydney Wentworth Point|Bosphorus Turkish Street Food is more than just street food. I've actually revisited this place several times. When I first came, I didn't have high expectations, as the name sounded like casual street food. However, after sitting down and trying the food, I realized it was far more thoughtful than I imagined, making it easy to return again and again.

🍵 The first thing that caught my attention was the red Turkish tea
What truly made me remember this place was a cup of Turkish red tea. The color is a beautiful, translucent deep red, served in a classic small glass cup, giving it a ceremonial feel just by looking at it. The taste is warm and not bitter, pairing perfectly with the dishes. Now, every time I visit, I almost always order it.
🥙 Their Turkish flatbread (Pide) is incredibly fresh. When served hot, tearing it apart reveals a slightly chewy outer layer and a soft interior. It's fragrant even when eaten on its own.
Gozleme is something I've tried at many other places, but this one stands out as the freshest and best in terms of texture: the outer crust is thin but not dry, and the filling is hot and moist, especially delicious when freshly made. If you previously thought Gozleme was just average, this place might change your impression.
🍖 One time, I ordered the snack pack, expecting a small portion of side dishes, but it turned out to be a large plate of grilled meat, with a portion size that could easily serve as a main course.
